Everything perfect

Bought two hanging lamps that came quickly - great price and the quality was really nice, though one of them got a bit scuffed during transportation but the customer service replied immediately and sent a new one - very happy with my purchase!

Poor quality, even dangeroys products from China (Fired hazard cardboard insulation inside the lamp)
Impossible to return. Big NO!

I sent it back as one ball was smashed.
They made me pay 20% “restocking” costs plus shipping costs to China.

Dishonest. Do not buy if you want to have the luxury of changing your mind.

Support center is very responsive, handlers questions immediately. product has been shipped very quickly and arrived before expected time.

I had a very positive experience with this shop. Transportation was fast and the lamp itself is beautiful 😍 also the Customer Service is great! Very quick respond and very helpful

We are very happy with our purchase from Simig Lightning. Our lamp came extremely well protected in the delivery package and the quality and color of it (forest green) is amazing. Looking forward to it adding a bit of character to our dining!

Dont buy, it is a Chinese Company who will take your money!!!

Requesting to return item and they are just being reluctant to reply, not giving me a return address. I have paid nearly £300 for this lights which I want to return, I am beyond annoyed and frustrated that they are happy to take your money and not reply to your request.

I was hesitant to buy because of reviews and thinking it might be a scam site. But my experience was positive. I received two lamps in the wrong colour. Customer service was very helpful and we found a solution. I now have the lamps in the colour I ordered, and they’re working and look great. I would buy from here again.

Unfortunately the delivery was a little slow but the customer service center informed me immediately and offered great service going forward. The looks and quality of the delivered lamp is great. Very happy with the full experience.

the lamps really are beautiful. They are our style, we like them very much. The conversation with the team, especially Ada from the service team was fair, correct and very friendly. She helped us with any topic and managed our questions.

This is my second purchase on simig lighting, I was very please with the first one. The price-quality ratio is good. Customer service is responsive and always finds a suitable solution in favor of the customer. I would definitely recommend it !

Do not use this company. Light was poor quality and "cheap" meant over 124eur for a light that can be bought made in EU cheaper and better quality. The fix to the roof was nothing but common in EU and thus I needed to return the lamp all the way to china. They tried to haggle "a deal" for me to keep the light or to sell it but nobody could use that light in here.

I asked are they willing to cover the return costs and after demanding package, tracking number and photos they agreed. When I send the receipt for them for the return payment they refused to pay it pointing for some shady small print text.

Avoid, do not use. Better quality in many other places, very slow delivery and item quality was poor. A rip off, nothing more.

I'm totally satisfied with the beautiful lamp I received, it's exactly what I wanted, and I'm specially grateful because I had concerns with the delivery date and I always had answers to my questions, so a great thank you👍. Corinne

I am adding information here: They’ve been writing me now and bothering me with emails to remove this review! Suddenly, even offering a return of the lamp and a refund if I change the review to positive. BE CAREFUL about this, as this can be behind some positive reviews here. Below is my true review:

I ordered a lamp from this website. First of all when I payed for it via paypal, I saw the receiver is some company in China with a completely different name written in Chinese characters. That was already a little bit strange.

The quality of the lamp is bad and cheap, and looks similar to the one from Aliexpress, but the cost is 300 euros instead of 70. One part of the lamp already came broken and during the construction of the lamp, the lamp broke.

Since it broke, I wanted to return the lamp and asked for a refund. But they said a return is not possible and they will not return my money, though they can replace the broken parts of the lamp.

The customer support is responsive and nice, they want to try to find a solution, but only a solution that includes not returning the money.

I would not recommend ordering anything there, there is much better websites to buy good quality lamps for the same price.

I put two stars, for fast delivery and responsiveness of the customer support.

All the products I’ve got from them are perfect. Good quality and very fast shipment. Strongly recommend their service and products.
