Like the previous poster… PLEASE AVOID

We requested two sets of doors, interior and exterior. The exterior doors are still unfinished from July and the interior doors have never materialized. MIKE has ignored calls, WhatsApp, texts - he only answered after my OH called him from a different number. Excuse after excuse and he has our money. It’s been a horrible, horrible experience and really shaken our faith in tradespeople. Absolutely shocking that they could treat people this way. Please avoid unless you wish to have months of lies, being ignored and stress.

Company still has our money and can’t afford to repay

We are still having a horrendous experience with Silverdale Windows and Doors Limited. They were supposed to install bifolds and they requested money for materials upfront which we gave them. The director Mike then subsequently went on holiday. When he returned and there were issues with the job’s timescale, he could not provide any documentary proof of any purchase he had made for the agreed materials. When he then said he could not complete the job he now says he cannot afford to pay our money back. We have been outstanding this balance since August 2023 and are having to now take them to court to try and reclaim it as well as inform authorities. I would warn anyone not to risk your money with this company.
