AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
Installers sprayed thousands of beads in my lawn and flower beds and refused to clean it up from those areas.
The beads have now embedded in my soil and I have to take up my turf to get them out, and pay to get the turf replaced.

This is an envirnmental hazzard! My garden is home to birds feeding off the ground and I witnessed the birds eating them. I now have serious concerns as to how well they did the job.

I researched cavity wall insulation quite extensively, and Cavitech seemed a good option. From first contact, I found them efficient and professional. The quote was absolutely correct in comparison to others so I booked them. They arrived as promised and on the face of it, carried out a professional job. I was so impressed, I posted a picture of their work and equipment on a CWI facebook page, saying I would highly recommend them.
The response on Facebook was very concerning, several people with presumably experience and knowledge in the industry told me the machine used was not suitable and the company was not to be used. I then researched online whether this was correct and it was found to be false.
I called Cavitech and within 5 minutes I had geolocated pictures of my walls’ interiors post extraction that proved Cavitech’s work was of a high standard.
I can highly recommend this company.

We have had Cavitech UK visit today to do cavity wall insulation for us, only to find we have solid walls and there is no cavity!

Prior to the visit everything was arranged remotely with Josh who was very efficient and explained everything to me thoroughly. Communication was very good.

Aiden arrived promptly and was very friendly. He explained the process and got to work. After drilling several holes to check he advised the property has solid walls and not the cavity we'd been told it had, and there therefore wasn't anything to fill!

He filled the holes and tidied up the mess from drilling, leaving it spotless. I am very grateful that he was honest with me and didn't just pretend to do it. I can't recommend the company enough. Thank you.

The team arrived on time. They were very efficient and friendly. One part of the team removed existing insulation the other part injected the new. They kept me informed throughout the job. The whole thing was completed by lunchtime. I was pleased with what they did.

Initially seemed very efficient at responding to my enquiry, send out a surveyor and told us what needed to be done, all very quick. Booked us in for 1-2 weeks later to get the work done (pretty big job!). Come the day of the work, was told they'd arrive by 7-8 am, never came. Got to 9:30 still no commination. Eventually get a text to say they arrived and couldn't park at the property so left. We have a large garage area next to our property, and refuse to believe this was the case. Also, bare in mind this was a big job, and a lot of money to loose! No phone calls or knock on the door to ask us to assist, just apparently up and left. Was told they'd be in contact to explain, and haven't heard from them since. Waste of our time. Will be going elsewhere. Really disappointed.

Andrew was great from start to finish, based on some separate surveys i had carried out in 2019 (ish) provided me a quote back in 2023, i was looking for ball park so i knew how much to save up for and it would be a while before i could reconfirm the price and go ahead

The guys arrived super early (7.30am, excellent, i like things done so i can be a vegetable afterwards!!)

Unfortunately the info i was given from the surveys (no existing insulation) was incorrect so they guys had to return to hoover and install.
I got a requote, agreed to proceed and they managed to fit me in later the same week

Both sets of install chaps were friendly and polite

Would recommend
