SIG Swindon are INCREDIBLE
Every person I dealt with at SIG, from Branch Manager to Delivery Driver, was completely positive and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Calls were always returned in a timely manner. One of the best Companies I have dealt with. They went above and beyond consistently, even sourcing my roof tiles from another depot in the North of England!

Incompetent Staff with new customer service
Awful company who actually cost their customers money. The branch in Rayleigh seems to be run by their driver who refuses to deliver orders. I stopped ordering in November after 14 years as a customer. Some branches have a great service some seem to avoid work at any cost. But after spending £45K the first half of this year it had to stop mainly due to my account manager and whoever answers the phone in a empty office at head quarters. No ones wants to take responsibility for their failures but seem to have great communication chasing up payments. My account manager based in Romania starts hassling for money around ten days before due he then proceeds to hassle you by email that the invoices have not been paid. They must be the only company that believes when your accounts are due on the 1st of the month that they are cleared on the 2nd of the month. Thats right they give you 24hrs to make a payment otherwise you get an email reminder every day. I had this all year but the new year was the last straw paid on the 26th and hassled on the 1st of January by my Romanian accounts manager.
Since then I have spent over £20K with my new supplier its amazing how incompetent staff can cost a company especially when times are getting harder.

Staff were great and very helpful
Caroline and office staff were excellent with A1 customer service, couldn’t do enough for the customer. Guys in yard were very helpful and polite to, would defo be first choice to use again.
