The driver was ready and waiting at Palermo airport and took us to our hotel all as expected. There was a minor complication with a parked car in the narrow streets around the hotel, but the driver sorted that, taking a detour round some streets to get us where we wanted to be. The driver was also friendly and helpful with the baggage.

Hi, all you write it is very strange: 1. I found your booking into our sytem and it was related to a private transfer of the May 17th, 2018 !!! I'm looking why our system sent you a request of a review after than one year ago 2. however I noticed also that your reservation never hhad been paid, and we never accept reservaton without pre payment or at least ythe payment of a deposit.
SO I THINK YOU ARE WRITING A FALSE REVIEW ON OUR COMPANY.

Excellent service
Excellent service! Very punctual and good driver. We used the service three times while in Sicily, from Mondello to Cefalu, Cefalu to Palermo and finally Palermo to the airport, and received a very good service each time. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to book online / no hassle
Easy to book online. Friendly and efficient service over email when i wanted to amend the booking. Price comparable to airport and main Palermo cabs . Meet and greet at arrivals. Friendly driver who spoke a little English and pointed out a few sights. Needed an 8 seater and they had a Sprinter with loads of luggage space. Very good .
