Great customer service from initial visit to installation of shutters. I absolutely love my shutters, already noticing how they keep the cold out and the warm in. The best investment I have ever made for my home. The discount they were offering was so good I ended up getting shutters for the whole house. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Perry came exactly on time , the shutters were installed in 1.30 hours , clean and tidy and took all the packaging away , I had my front 2 bedrooms done in white they look amazing and classy extremely happy and they were reasonably priced compared to other company’s

I'm absolutely over the moon
I'm absolutely over the moon. The shutters look amazing and have transformed my lounge . I can't stop looking at them. I literally sit on the sofa opposite so I can just admire them from a far . It's made my lounge cozy , feels warmer , extra bonus of feeling more secure in my home.
The installation was quick, efficient and the young man that installed them ( wish I could remember his name) was amazing friend , professional and made the installation a breeze .

Fantastic shutters and fitting team, but extremely disappointing customer service
The shutters themselves are beautiful, and I can’t fault the quality or the work of the salesperson, surveyors, or fitters — they were all excellent. The fitting team, especially Suwai and Shaun, did a fantastic job and were professional, polite, and efficient.
Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service team has been extremely disappointing. I was repeatedly told I’d need to pay additional charges that were never communicated or documented anywhere in writing. This happened at several stages, and each time it caused unnecessary stress and frustration — particularly when I had already been clear about my circumstances from the start.
It felt as though the company was looking for opportunities to add extra costs rather than supporting me as a customer. Even after the installation, I’ve still not received my warranty or post-installation information, despite being told this would be sent automatically. I’ve had to chase this myself, which only adds to the frustration.
While I’m very happy with the product and the on-site team, the way the customer service side was handled has really undermined what should have been a positive experience. The company needs to be much clearer and more transparent about its processes and communication with customers.

Thank you for responding to my review.
Just to clarify, your team were made fully aware of my ongoing renovation works from the very first visit, and at no point was I advised that this would cause any issue with installation or result in extra costs.
In addition, I was also informed later in the process that I would be charged storage fees for my shutters — again, something that had never been mentioned in writing or discussed at any earlier stage. This added a great deal of unnecessary stress, particularly as the timing of my renovation had been clearly communicated from the start.
While I’m pleased that these charges were eventually waived and that I love the shutters themselves, I stand by my experience that the communication around costs and procedures was not made clear from the beginning.

In this instance, the proposed additional fee was in relation to us being unable to complete the installation in one visit due to ongoing works at your property, which hadn’t been mentioned when we booked the installation appointment with you. As a result, an additional visit was required to finish the installation. Although we didn’t actually apply any additional charge for the second visit, we do appreciate how this situation may have caused confusion and stress at the time.
We take your feedback seriously and will be reviewing our communication processes to ensure we are always clear and transparent about any potential charges or post-installation procedures.

Great Shutters
The sales team were very helpful and respectful. They explained every part of the product in detail and gave reccomendedations, helping us design our shutters to make sure they were just right for our home.
It took us a few tries to make the payment - there were a few technical issues but eventually resolved and the team was communicative.
The wait is quite long as I believe the shutters are actually manufactured in China and get shipped over. But we did get a check-in email when they were shipped and arrived, before getting a call to confirm a fitting date.
The fitting itself was relatively fast (9am - 2pm in the end) for two windows upstairs and a bay window downstairs. It was just the one fitter - he was respectful and happy to wear show covers as we have new carpets/flooring. If you don't have off-street parking I would advise trying to save a space. I felt bad that he struggled to park as the van was bigger than I was expecting so there wasn't space. The only thing I'd improve with the installation is if they could have hoovered between the window and the shutters as it's such a narrow space, now with sawdust that my hoover is too wide to get into the gap and I couldn't really get it with a cloth either.
After they were fitted, we went over all the care for them. Overall, we really love the shutters. They look so nice and really make the room. They feel good quality and we got the warranty soon after. I would definitely consider getting more shutters in the future, and using the same company again.
