Brilliant Service!
I was SO impressed by the service I received! The young lady who took my booking was extremely helpful. I paid partly with Theatre tokens which involved rubbing off a strip to reveal a code. One voucher didn't work and she efficiently sorted it out with the issuing company. She also spotted that the original allocated seats had a restricted view and suggested an alternative. A very efficient and professional service. Thank you!

I've purchased tickets a few times from shows in London. The website is so easy to use and unlike other sites you get actual tickets sent to you by post rather than a piece of paper. Purchasing tickets in a matter of two minutes is absolutely brilliant.

Life saved!
Made a genuine mistake in booking for the same day, different month. Rang immediately and was told usually it's no change or refund policy, but followed their instructions and thankfully managed to get seats for the showing we wanted. I would advise anyone booking to really have the time to make sure all details are correct. Mr last minute hear should listen to his own advice ha.
