I'm really sad to see this review, i've just checked on our systems and i can see just two orders in your name over the past 4 years. One was in 2020 and the other was in december last year for a pair of £5 sale shoes.
The shoes have a tracking number attached to them (NZ138461129GB) and are showing that we dispatched them and sent you a confirmation email of the same the day after you purchased (3.12.25)
We would really appreciate your support in resolving this as i feel its a little unfair to leave a 1 star review without giving us the chance to try and support a resolution for something we have dispatched and believed was fulfilled.

Complaints not great
The items is bought from show pony prep have been beautiful, and would have been a 5*, however I complained via email about a pair of expensive jodpurs bubbling after one use, and never heard anything back, which is disappointing so ill find jodpurs elsewhere now, but the shirts and pins are lovely

We are extremely disappointed that our business has been targeted with a review relating to a private matter entirely unrelated to SHOWPONYPREP.
The reviewer has never been a customer of our business, and this review does not concern any product, order or service we have provided.
The allegation that I intend to breed from Rocky is entirely unfounded, unsupported and strongly disputed. Rocky is a family pet, and this private disagreement has no relevance whatsoever to our business or our customers.
We have reported this review to Trustpilot as it does not represent a genuine customer experience and instead concerns an unrelated personal matter.

Our pink short sleeved showing shirt has bobbled after 1 wear. Literally worn for a few hours. Wouldn’t recommend this item. Purchased from a shop an hour from home so a 2 hour round trip and Show pony not interested in helping

Absolutely perfect!
Absolutely perfect. The product was made to perfection and exactly how I wanted it. Showponyprep even saved my life when I had a disaster with the browband... it broke just before my class and they supplied me with a brand new one immediately before I went in!! Will definetely be using them again!
