We really enjoyed our time here. It was great that it came fully stocked with everything you need to cook whatever you want. Loved the shower in the mastersuite!

Stay was an enjoyable experience. Location close to beach access and community pool and facilities. Overall, the layout and house furnishings were nice and generally clean.
However, house is in need of a few weeks of basic maintenance. Cabinet knobs loose, cabinet doors doors not aligned, door knobs loose, light bulbs needing replacement, no hose on outdoor faucet, upper deck does not drain off, outdoor furniture and railings need fixing, some kitchen equipment filthy or needing replacement, batteries missing from remote controls, etc.

Your office proved very hard to find for someone not familiar with the area around the bridge, which caused us about an hour when we went past the right turn coming from the south and wound up having to go over the bridge, turn around and get stuck in the Saturday OBX traffic we were trying to avoid, or at least trying to lessen the impact from it.Then the directions were much clearer coming from the north. . Better directions for the south access--that Chevy dealer across from the turn is only visible when you are right in front of it or coming from the north! Other than that your service was impeccable and friendly!

Everything was as they promised. It was pleasure working with with them. I would rent thru them again.

The office staff wash helpful and friendly and the house was great! I wish we had known that the dune was so high - we couldn’t see the ocean even from the top floor in an oceanfront house

The home was beautiful, the view from the living room was absolutely gorgeous, just wished it had some type of “lift” to get groceries to the top floor. Our family had a wonderful time in your home

Wonderful rental, wonderful experience

Shoreline OBX was excellent. They responded quickly to all my inquiries, Maintenance responded quickly when we needed more linens and they responded quickly after we left. Excellent service.
Check-In could be handled a bit better however. All other agency's we've rented from have e-mail instructions for arrival entry into the homes. Homes are secured by electronic keyless entry so there is no reason to stop at an office.Everything is done via e-mail. For some reason, Shoreline OBX makes their guests stop at their office first. No reason for that. Send e-mails out at 4PM with entry instructions & keep the traffic flowing. Other than that, the service was perfect.

While the home I stayed in was disappointing, the staff at Shoreline provided stellar service, from a quick, efficient check in to an expedient resolution/ follow up to some issues with the rental.

Our experience was great. Shoreline was quick to respond and the process was seamless. I would recommend.

House needs to be updated. For the money I expected more. We couldn’t even get the cable to work right. We will not be returning.

Shoreline was responsive to my questions each time and didn’t rush me. The rental package and checkout package were organized and easy to understand and follow.

Would love to see a discount for returning customers.

The folks at Shoreline OBX were always super friendly and helpful when I had questions prior to my arrival. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a welcoming smile which started our OBX adventure on a positive note.
