Although we didn’t get into our house until Monday afternoon, the delay was due to Hurricane Dorian and then 5” of rain fell that Monday morning. Mother Nature rules!
The unit was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped.

The staff is very responsive, and very helpful and truly just nice people. I've rented from them for years and find this to be consistently so.

My 13 year old daughter chose this house and we were all excited for the family and friends vacation.

While the weather was not as great as we would have liked the house has a great pool, hot tub and fully loaded with all your cooking needs.

We did have a few hiccups, but life is not perfect; however, the owner and management company were responsive and made things right.

We are appreciative of our week in this home and look forward to another stay in the coming years.

I wrote a review already. Our experience with Shoreline OBX rentals itself was great. Our experience with the house itself was not so great,
The house itself had the perfect space for our family. However, there was mold on one of the shower curtains, there was a missing smoke detector, there were spiders all over the outside of the house. We found bugs (roaches) inside the house. There were other issues that I outlined in my initial review to numerous to mention The house needed a some TLC, The location was perfect.

What a great vacation. House was fabulous and very spacious. Kitchen very well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils.
Had a few minor things wrongs when checked into the house, emailed maintenance and they were on it.
Shoreline reality did a great job from the first phone call to reserve the house, till we checked in at the office.
Highly recommended them. We have already booked again for next year.

Very satisfied with the rental agency. They were all polite and friendly. House was okay just needed some updating and had some issues with one toilet on the 2nd floor and septic needed to be emptied. We did notify the agency but were evacuated due to the storm and not sure if the issues were addressed.

Great to deal with! Excellent customer service! Very helpful during and after the evacuation for the hurricane.

The house was spectacular. The club was awesome and Shoreline OBX staff, every one of them, were super nice and accommodating!

The house is as beautiful and well equipped room used the 4x4 beach access since we had someone in or group that couldn’t walk far. The steps to the beach was to much to handle. It was easier to get our group loaded up on a truck instead of carrying all our stuff to the beach. The two refrigerator was a plus. Big size on both floors. It was nice and close to the grocery stores and for bike rides.

We had an amazing vacation at Mad Mac's! The house and property were perfect for the 10 of us. It was clean and comfortable and are planning on returning next summer. Would recommend this property!!

We had a daily insurgence of ants all over the counters in the kitchen, the couches and chair cushions were stained and dirty, the air vents and curtains looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. The shower doors were rusted and broken and almost every ceiling in the house needing patching and paint. I have pictures of all to share if needed. NOT the vacation house experience we were hoping for and I do not recommend a stay in DUCK 6- Here at Lastt!!!.

The house was beautiful and within 1500 feet or less to the beach.
The hot tub was the best. We had a great week.

The rental process was extremely smooth and I liked how I received email updates at every step of the way. The home we rented was beautiful and had everything we needed for a great family getaway. We had one mechanical issue that was resolved very quickly. I will definitely use ShorelineOBX again!

ShorelineOBX rentals was easy to work with and our beach rental was well managed. One suggestion: Consider an alternative check-in process for houses in the northern outer banks. When people are heading to Duck or Corolla they do not want to go south to Kitty Hawk first to check in and pick up the welcome package, especially since most houses have keyless entry now. On a saturday that could add hours to a drive to the beach. But all in all we were very happy with our beach rental through ShorelineOBX.
