LOGGED CLAIM WITH CREDIT CARD PROVIDER TO RECLAIM FUNDS.

August 10 2023 I purchased a Google Chromecast Audio Digital Media Streamer GA3A00155-A24-Z01. Total price was GBP25.97 including shipping. Received a confirmation email same day, didn’t receive my Chromecast and never heard from them again. Only way to contact them is via an online customer support web form on their site. Despite sending two requests for support, I have had no communication or support from them. Don’t buy anything from this site, I would give them zero stars if I could.

This company should be banned from exist online. Waited over a month for item that one day was in custom the other wasn’t even in UK. People on the chat were ok but lack of English and constant lying does gets you frustrated. I was “given” refund and got abused for wanting to claim through the bank. I am glad I did as according to the bank they never issued a refund despite emailing me some documents. They are making profit from interest when they keep our money for months without sending the item. They don’t have items they sell in stock yet they are listing them as available for purchase you pay and wait and wait for months.

Don’t order anything from them!!!!!
They defraud and deceive people, con people into ordering goods, take the money twice and don’t send out the goods.
I ordered a mobile router, £152.00. They took the money twice. I never received the router.
Tried contacting them twice by filling in their enquiry web form, emailing their customer support and also through Facebook.
Last thing I tried was their online chat, just got abuse back.
Stay clear of these fraudsters!!!

Update...18/09/2023 just received another threatening e-mail from them....😡😡

DO NOT USE - sadly my experience mirrors those of other recent users. They took the payment and when I never received an email confirmation I followed up. Chat function never worked on the site. Eventually got an email response saying they were looking into it, but never heard from them again.

My experience seems to match a troubling pattern I see now in other reviews. I found what I wanted for very good price, paid for 'in stock back ordered'.

When I contacted them to ask for eta, they said it was being imported from Germany and they'd let me know. Several weeks later, I got concerned and requested refund. They said it would come in 14 days. That didn't happen.

They're now not returning any contacts from me. I put in a payment dispute via my payment card.

My bank have now returned the money from ShoppyDeals. Apparently Shoppy Deals have 45 days to challenge bank's decision. I doubt they will appeal and won't have a legal leg to stand on!

So in conclusion, no where near good enough and very suspect.

[edit] When this review went live they sent a threatening email saying they would sue me.

Then in a charming twist they say ‘you have new enemies who will spam you your job as you did for us’. Fear doesn’t seem to be the strongest way to run a business.

Having paid for goods I have received no further contact from Shoppy deals, despite numerous requests. Other reviews indicate this company is probable a fraudulent operation.
I have passed al my information to Visa card, Trading Standards in London and the Fraud Squad.
BEWARE

Scammed my elderly grandparents out of their money, they charged them twice and they never received the item. Didn't respond on live chat either.

I think this website is a scam. I have been waiting a month since placing my order, I haven't received any updates and I have had to chase this website repeatedly.

Requesting a refund now, if I don't get a response I will take it further.

Believe me if I could write-1 * I would. Ordered about a month ago and still haven’t received my order. I have been in contact with them a number of times and they said they were looking into it, but now have stopped replying to my messages 😡

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I made the mistake of ordering an item BEFORE reading the TrustPilot reviews! I requested to cancel my order and they confirmed (via webchat) that they were going to refund me within 14 days. They didn't.

UPDATE 01 September 2023. I chased them for the refund and they sent me what purports to be a refund order dated 16 August. But the refund did not arrive.

UPDATE 02 October 2023- Refund still not received. They probably think I'm going to just give up and go away because the amount they owe me back (£26.20) is relatively small. That's where they are making a mistake. More to follow.

This company scammed me they didn’t send out my order and ignored my messages. Do not use this company they will rob you - do your research. They currently have a legal case being built against them

Placed an order but didn’t realise the delivery date was for in a few weeks and I needed the order for a present. Contacted the company on a Sunday and they replied right away (within minutes) and cancelled my order. My refund was received two days later. Not many company’s reply on a Sunday and send a refund so quickly. Very happy with the service I received

Found bad reviews on here after I ordered and so cancelled order.
Got a complete refund within a few days.
I have no idea how they were going to send me a battery for €16.

My item did not arrive, getting a refund took a long time (after contacting either though email or live chat) and you have no phone numbers for customer service to be able to speak to anyone.

SCAMMERS. I ORDERED FROM THEM 1 MONTH AGO AND DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. BY THE WAY THEY SPOKE ON THE LIVE CHAT WAS VERY OBVIOUS THAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS, SWEARING AND TELLING ME IM NOT GETTING MY ORDER

It's a nice store, the products are of good quality and the prices are good. They delivered on time.

Appalling.
Scammers.
They become obsessed with trolling instead of sending product ordered to divert.

Wish I had read this before ordering.
