I made a purchase on 28th July 2026 for a single item costing £71.74. Writing this review on 1st October 2026, I have still not received my item, nor have I received any refund.

My experience has been entirely negative from start to finish:

No Communication or Delivery: My order status on their website is still sitting stubbornly as "in processing." When I reached out via email on 2nd August to check on the order, I received zero response.

Threatening Conduct: When I followed up again on 5th August stating that I felt defrauded, they replied with a highly threatening and intimidating email rather than offering customer support or a tracking update.

Official Action Taken: I have officially reported this website to the fraud authorities and raised a dispute with my bank.

Shoppydeals is a scam site with no intention of fulfilling orders or sending out goods. Save your money and do not buy from Shoppydeals.uk.

I ordered two SSDs from SHOPPYDEALS LTD on 19 July and paid at checkout through GoCardless, which takes you to your banking app to approve a bank transfer. Order reference: #713904. Payment reference: PRQ01KXXXMCHTF6E8S.

I have received nothing. The order status was never updated, no dispatch or tracking information was provided, and no delivery has arrived. I have emailed the company multiple times and have had no reply at all. I also tried to phone them, but no phone number is listed anywhere on the site. I contacted GoCardless about the payment as well and have had no response from them either.

My bank told me that because this was a bank transfer rather than a card payment, it isn't covered by the usual refund protections, so I have been unable to recover my money that way.

I'm posting this so other customers can make an informed decision. If you are considering ordering from SHOPPYDEALS LTD, I strongly advise against it. They are impossible to contact, and paying by bank transfer leaves you with very little protection if the goods never arrive. I will update this review if they contact me and resolve the issue.

SCAM, DO NOT GO NEAR.

They make you pay by bank transfer, which in my case meant I could not even claim back from my bank the full amount I paid to them by reporting them as a scam.
Do not buy from this company under any circumstances.

Bought from the site, no goods no communication scammers beware

I ordered and paid for a D-Link security camera from Boutique ShoppyDeals France on July 13, 2026. It never arrived.
On July 20, I contacted them through their online contact form to ask for an update on the status of my order. I never received a response.
There is also no telephone number available to contact them. Extremely unreliable and disappointing.

I paid for a ssd and then heard nothing. I checked the status it said 'on hold' I then emailed and asked what that meant and why.
I did actually receive a reply after sending several messages.
It said it was no longer on hold and had passed to the supplier etc.
That was the last I heard over three weeks ago.
I have sent many many messages asking for an ETA and then a refund but since that one interaction I have hearts absolutely nothing from them.
I would not recommend anyone use this company and stay well clear.
I am now trying to get my money back through my bank reporting the company as a scam.

Ordered and paid. No items, no customer service. Do not use

On July 12, I purchased goods from this website for €380.44 and paid immediately via Payoneer. Despite repeated requests for an estimated delivery date, I received no response. I then requested a refund and, once again, received no reply. I am therefore left with no alternative but to file a fraud complaint.

The worst, they will take your money and not deliver your items, they will let you keep asking and asking and continue to ignore you to the point they anger you, then at which point they will act all offended, refuse to refund you, block your emails, embarrassing outfit quite clearly ran by clowns, avoid at all costs

The company never had my item in stock. My first email i was offered a refund which I said I'd like one, after that they never replied to any of my emails and never gave me a refund. Basically no item and no refund. They're a scam don't touch them

Title: Order never delivered – still “Processing” after 30+ days

I ordered an item (£185.99) from ShoppyDeals on 27 March 2026 (Order #430305).

More than 30 days later, the order is still showing “Processing”. No delivery, no tracking number, and no proactive communication from the seller.

Because of the lack of delivery and updates, I had to raise a dispute with my card provider.

Based on my experience:
• No dispatch confirmation
• No tracking information
• No delivery within a reasonable timeframe
• No meaningful support or updates

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering.

If the situation is resolved and the item is delivered or refunded, I will update this review.

3 weeks now and still no item. Do not use them. Reported to my credit card company. Scam.

I am writing this to warn other consumers about the refund practices of ShoppyDealsUK. My order (#424806) from 4 March 2026 was cancelled on 23 March 2026. Despite their written confirmation that a refund would be issued within 14 days, the funds have still not arrived 20+ days later.
When challenged, their support team claimed the refund was 'processed via Stripe,' yet they have refused to provide a Stripe Transfer ID or an Acquirer Reference Number (ARN). Without this basic transaction data, my bank (Lloyds) has confirmed there is no record of the payment.
It is incredibly frustrating to be told money has been sent while being denied the evidence to prove it. I have now been forced to escalate this to a formal bank chargeback and have reported the company to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. Proceed with extreme caution if you expect your money back after a cancellation.
Edit:
The merchant only triggered the refund after I opened a formal bank dispute. Still no ARN or transaction ID. Recovery only possible thanks to the Lloyds Bank chargeback.
Update 17 April:
The merchant has now sent an automated email admitting their refund 'failed' because the transaction is under a bank dispute. This confirms they only attempted to process my refund after the bank intervened, nearly a month after the original cancellation. This proves their previous claims of having 'already processed' the money were inaccurate. If you are waiting for a refund from this company, do not wait—contact your bank immediately.

Outright scam site. Never use this site. You will not receiver your goods. Impossible to get refunds

Ordered an item in January, waited a while and then there was a few e-mail exchanges as they said there was an issue with their seller... more time passed, more e-mails and got offered a refund in February... more e-mails exchanged and now they just respond with that my refund is with their finance department. It's now the end of March. Taken it up with my bank now, stay well clear!

Items never sent after weeks of waiting, e-mailed to find out what's happening told no stock so requested a refund, 2 weeks later no refund so having to email again to find out why! What a joke

Should have read the reviews before ordering. No confirmation email, didn't arrive.

Company is listed on Companies House and its recent history doesn't look good.

Should be investigated.
