Based on my experience, they seem very unprofessional, I do not recommend at all. Paid 60$ 4 months ago and never received the saree. They just steal from people.
I’m a South Indian living in France and I ordered an unstitched saree for my sister’s wedding two month ago and I still haven’t received it yet.
The delay was supposed to be 2 weeks max.
I sent several e-mails asking for information about my order status and for them to please deliver it as soon as possible.
One month and a half later they said the saree is out of stock and that I should pick another one.
There weren't any other South Indian cotton sarees that caught my eye so I asked for a refund (saree + shipping) and they haven't answered me since.
I wanted to receive it at least one month after I ordered it in order to stich it myself but I guess I’ll just have to borrow one of my mom’s sarees for the wedding.
Such a waste of time and money.

Ordered dress thinking it's from UK.
Asked before ordering can they deliver for a certain date as I'm getting married - they confirmed they can.
Requested custom stitching - they confirmed this is possible and to put my measurements on the order box.
Followed their instructions and made payment.
The day before the event I receive a text my parcel is being shipped from New Delhi. I get on the phone and online chat and am reassured many times it will arrive on time. Next I am faced with an import duty which they agree to pay. DHL tell me they had made payment but it would take 10 working days to clear. After reasoning with them and explaining that the day was my wedding day we are able to arrange collection of the parcel only to find the dress is not customised and did not fit. Disappointed to say the least I contacted them again requesting a refund. They agreed to a refund but after a month there was no refund. I emailed again and used the online chat facilities with little progress. Luckily I paid with PayPal and had all the online chats/emails to hand to provide to PayPal resolution centre. I was able to get a refund but took a lot of effort on my part. They actually stopped answering my calls and replying to my emails near the end.
I see a few reviews on here from a JKar initials. I'm very skeptical of this review since it is the same one on trust pilot and Google reviews.
Having read about my experience I'll let you make up your own mind about them but I won't be using nor recommending them to anyone of my friends and family. PS. I borrowed a beautiful saree from my sister in law and got married in that on the day.

FRAUD! I have bought a suit from shopkund which as promised quality was not good and after purchase I have received parcel from INDIA. I ORDERED SUIT IN UK RECIEVED FROM INDIA. LAST WEEK DHL CHARGE ME TAX £24.50. THAT SUPPOSE TO BE PAY BY THEM. NOT RECOMMENDED.

First time ordering and delivery was fast and love the dress I ordered ... can’t wait to wear it for my birthday or Eid (For my Girlfriend)
