I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Bonyhub. After placing my order, I received no updates regarding dispatch or delivery. I contacted them several times by messages but they takr so long to respond and that too not satisfactory.
A clothing brand should provide basic communication and order tracking. At this point I feel ignored as a customer. I would not recommend ordering unless customer service improves and they provide clear delivery updates.
