Waited over a week and still no sweets sent emails tried ringing got an email back saying amazon logistics are sorting. I don't understand why its with amazon considering I bought direct from the company. Full of shit I think. Anyway still haven't got them so spend a claim through PayPal. We shall see shall we. So my opinion is avoid and do not purchase from this sad company.

My daughter bought me sweets from this company for Christmas and I went to open the tray of sweets today and they have a best before date of October 2025! Wouldnt recommend and if you’ve bought sweets from here I’d check the sell by if I were you

I bought sweets from this company. The parcel was left on my doorstep by Temu while I was at work. The parcel was delivered by EVRI. When I got home, the sweets were gone. I contacted Shop B.G. and was totally refused a refund. I would not repeat, not buy from this company

Well, they took my money quick enough but not so quick with delivering my goods or replying to my emails. UK standard delivery can be slow, I get it, but keep the customer informed (and definitely reply to their emails). They claim to deliver within 3-5 working days. That’s not my experience and I would advise against using this company.
UPDATE - the same day I posted this review I got an email response from the company and the goods arrived. Their email was helpful and apologetic so I’m upgrading my review to 4 stars as the product is good and they do reply to customer emails even if it takes a little while.

I purchased sweets through temu. The delivery was made by Evri and they left the parcel in an unsafe place and left the package in the heat for over 2 hours. The sweets melted and now the company refuse to refund me and claim of Evri!!
I won't be buying from this crap company again that's for sure!!

I’ve bought sweets from ShopBG on Amazon quite a few times but this time I wanted a massive bag for my boyfriend and to choose what went in it so used their website. So easy to use and amazing prices, paid for express delivery and got it 2 days later. The sweets are amazing too so definitely recommend!

Found this website by chance whilst looking for fimo professional polymer clay and I was not disappointed. I couldn't believe how cheap everything I was looking for was! I was a bit skeptical at first because it seemed to good to be true, but I ordered anyway. Well I'm glad to say today a lovely box arrived with everything I ordered apart from one multipack item that was out of stock (which I'm in the process of being refunded for). Amazing business with amazing prices and swift shipping too! My parcel arrived in 2 days. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I stumbled upon this company when searching for a particular item online. The website was clear, easy to navigate and I enjoyed browsing. I soon found exactly what wanted at a much better price than I’d seen elsewhere. Ordering was straightforward and fuss free and my order arrived much quicker than I would have expected and nicely packaged to protect my items. Cannot recommend highly enough this great company, start to finish, a joy to shop with. I will definitely use again, soon I imagine!
