Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever, do not use this company.
Order arrive damage with Royal Mail, the water bottle was dented and scratch. This order is a birthday present so could not be given in this condition. I emailed the customer service with images of the damage. They wouldn’t resend the replacement before the damaged bottle was returned. I do not have time to return this parcel this week due to my working hours and needed the bottle for next Wednesday. So now i have to go out of my way to fix a problem that you have created. Really not happy with this service.

A company that delivers as it promises.
Decided to use this company as it had the best price for the footwear I wanted - Merrell. Item was dispatched same day ordered and received two working days later, exactly as promised. Very pleased with the purchase and Shop Outdoors, will use again and highly recommend.
