Horrible site and customer care. I purchase a small varsity jacket and I got a confirmaiton. I was excited to get the item but week and half later I received an email regarding the refund for that item. No explanation or notes as to why that is. I will not be buying from them again. Terrible experience. Thank you

Worst Packaging Ever! They will ship your shoes in a plastic bag- the box was destroyed. Never again!

Terrible service in store at the Orlando mall. No employee said a word and didn’t offer help.

They have tested my bank card with 14.47£ transaction which has been reverted.
And then an only fans has taken 50$ which counts 39.36£.
I believe they are linked the few transactions happened in few minutes.
And at the end 39.36£ has been taken I requested a charge back, I hope i can get my money back.

They are scammers guys. Be careful.

I ordered a pair of puma Scarface sneakers from shoe Palace during the holiday season the shipment was delayed and the new delivery date coincided with a day that I would be going away. I reached out to both FedEx and shoe Palace to try and modify the delivery FedEx told me that the only modifications could be done by the shipper, I tried numerous times to contact shoe Palace during their normal operating business hours to no avail. I was quite concerned as I stated in my emails to them that the holiday season, unfortunately brings with it a rise in thefts of packages. After numerous attempts, I was unable to modify my delivery and indeed the package was stolen. I exchanged countless emails with shoe Palace, who constantly tried to place the blame on FedEx And file a claim with them it was evident to me that they had no caring as to the outcome. The FedEx process took roughly a month at which time I was still exchanging emails with shoe palace and no shock, FedEx denied the claim. Shoe Palace felt they had no responsibility in this matter and it became very evident. All they wanted to do was get rid of me and not deal with me any longer despite the fact that I did try to contact them to modify my delivery, I wish I had read all the negative feedback regarding this company before I wasted my money dealing with them. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I am leaving reviews on every possible outlet that I can in hopes of saving patrons like myself from wasting their money with this horrible establishment.

The shoe Palace in colma California deserves no stars. The manager the young lady with the ponytail she needs to be fired because she is so unprofessional. She literally ran past me did not ask me did I need any help, but I observed
her asking other customers did they need help and were greeted. Upon me checking out literally when she's putting the shoes in the bag, she slid them across the counter and walked away to continue her inappropriate conversation with her co- worker. The only reason why I'm keeping these shoes is because I have an event to go to tomorrow. Otherwise I would return them right now.I know this will not be addressed. I never have a pleasant experience at this location but I had to share my experience.High school behavior is the best way to describe that store

The orders online is a joke
You charge for shipping and you dont received your order in one shipping or a time remaining. You could email them they don’t reply you can call but you just be place on hold

this website is awful. i ordered shoes in size 25 and it came with a size 0.5. i am so disappointed. now i have to resort to my 5 month old child wearing my lidl shoes.

Don't bother ordering from them, it's a complete waste of time. I made the mistake of doing so without checking here first, as others have said they take your order, ignore any emails you send and then cancel the order a week later. Hopefully I actually get a refund or I will also have to waste more time disputing it with my credit card.

I ordered 3x from this website, 2 starter jackets each time, and every single order has 1 canceled, and charged for the shipping amount. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST.

Zero customer service. And I mean zero.
Unable to make online returns at the store.
Required to FILL OUT AND PRINT a return form, pay for the shipping and a restocking fee.

I placed and ordered back in December 12 I think and was supposed to received my package by the 15th, and till this day I haven't received anything, I tried contacting shoe Palace with no success at all , I made to many calls , send emails with ordere number and no one has contacted me at all. Would I ordere from shoe palace again, HELL NO , would I recommend shoe palace to anyone, HELL NO. If thinking if buying fron this place, please just go straight to a physical store or just order from a trusted shoe place . I lost $160

I ordered shoes in December last year and didn't receive them yet they never answers emails or their customer service line I would never order from them again on top of that they charging you so much for shipping that's crazy

i wish i can put zero star, stay away from this website! i tried to cancel my oder no responce, mail them 2x no responce, i tried to call but on hold for hours.. i did not receive my item as well but charge my card!!!

Takes your credit card information and then cancels your “order” on you. Not sure they actually sell or ship anything.
