Ordered for the very first time from Stadium Goods because of their “highly rated” authenticity and quality sneakers. Only to find out the hard way that they do not ship your purchase(s). They are quick to tag items with tracking numbers through UPS however UPS never receives the package(s) I ordered a pair of sneakers 04/15/2026 and was slated ETA delivery 04/21/2026. It is now the 25th and UPS tracking still shows no package received. Reached out for update on the 23rd and an apology ensured with a reply of “we have forwarded the issue to relevant dept.” Reached out again today the 25th and no response. If I get my order I will never purchase from Stadium Goods ever again! Buyers Beware

I ordered MENS boots size 13, they sent youth boots! When I requested the correct ones to be sent, they stated they needed photos. I sent photos of boots and box of what they sent me and my receipt showing what I ordered. Day after day I sent emails and contacted them, they continue to reply to emails stating they did not get photos, the email with the photos attached they replied to!I sent multiple times and multiple ways. Horrible company

Predatory company, this merchant will intentionally put the incorrect shipping address on your package to stall delivery to extend past the shipping and refund policy. They will send your package to New Jersey "Scam City"! Then, lie about the transit details. They will put a strict not modification on the delivery so you can't update your own address with UPS. Then after reporting them to BBB and them promising to submit full refund, they still sent a partial refund!!!! SCAM!!!! Run!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM! Also, the woman that answers the phone Amber will give you other individuals personal information. She called me at 9:49pm stating that she shipped my Jordans, which I never wore or bought that kind of shoe and gave me another woman's address, phone number and her personal contact information. I ordered my twin boys the same shoes they only sent one pair. I contacted the company, via email they didn’t respond. I contacted the companies phone number listed on the order info. When I finally spoke with someone they assured me they would contact me in two days. Over a week went by nothing. I contacted them they start playing games. I asked to be connected to someone in management, they wouldn’t connect me. This company isn’t worth your time, energy, and definitely not worth giving your money. I advise anyone to save themselves the hassle. Please go through stock xx, or the goat. So not I repeat do not use this company.

Sent the Wrong Item Twice, No Fair Resolution
They sent me the wrong shoes twice. Not once. Twice.
Their “solution” was a prepaid return label, a refund for the shoes only, and a 10 percent discount on a future purchase. They refused to refund the original shipping cost, meaning I lost money because of their mistake. The discount only applies if I spend more with them, so their “resolution” effectively requires another order just to break even. That is not accountability.
Five business days after my first return was marked delivered, I contacted them through chat because they repeatedly claim not to receive my emails. At the time, their refund policy stated that refunds were initiated within two to three business days after approval. Despite that, I was told my refund had not even been initiated and that it could take up to ten business days. The responses were scripted, circular, and avoided giving any clear explanation.
Sometime after that first return, the refund timeline in their FAQ was updated to say refunds are processed within three to five business days after a return is received.
Unfortunately, I ended up dealing with the same issue again on a separate order. My return was delivered to their warehouse and sat there for eight business days with no refund initiated, despite their updated FAQ stating refunds should be processed within three to five business days.
When I contacted support, I repeatedly asked a very simple question: whether the refund had actually been initiated. Instead of answering directly, the responses shifted between vague statements about internal processing, requests being sent to another department, and explanations blaming warehouse delays. At one point I was told the refund had already been issued, only for them later in the same conversation to say the refund process had just been initiated.
Across two separate orders, the pattern was the same: fulfillment mistakes, delays once the return reached their warehouse, and customer service that relied on scripted and evasive responses instead of straightforward communication. In the second case the refund was only initiated after the issue had already escalated to a chargeback with my credit card provider.
When mistakes happen, what matters is how a company handles them. In this case the pattern was delays, deflection, and contradictory explanations rather than accountability.
I would not order from them again even if they were selling the last pair of shoes on earth. Horrendous company.

I had a terrible experience trying to return an unworn pair of shoes that didn’t fit. Stadium Goods has an absurdly rigid return policy and hides behind it even when they explicitly offer a “one-time courtesy return.” After demanding extensive photos and implying approval, they denied the return anyway with no clear reason.
This is a classic runaround: lots of hoops, zero accountability. If you buy from Stadium Goods, assume you’re stuck with the product. Buyer beware.

I bought a pair of adidas off the Adidas website but they were too big. I couldn’t find them anywhere in my size, saw them on Stadium Goods website in my size for double the price. Bought them anyway and When they arrived, I was shocked! I received a sketchy version of the sneaker I bought from Adidas. Even the sticker on the bottom of the sneaker gives totally different details then my “real” pair from Adidas. I’m so pissed. I wish I could post pics of both sneakers

Because no delivery tracking and the suport team they are not unswering me on the suport chat and not replying also on my emails. Its unprofesional support team and helpless. If I could give negative stars, I would. Purchased a pair of $500 sneakers that were supposed to be authentic. Upon receiving them, I immediately noticed they were counterfeit. I had them authenticated through a third party site & immediately came back as fake. Customer service doubled down trying to say everything they sell is guaranteed 100% authentic.

I’m very disappointed with Stadium Goods.
I’ve been trying to return a pair of sneakers from order #165203 for four days now, but every time I contact customer support, I get the same message: “We’re experiencing a technical issue generating your return label.”
According to their website, Stadium Goods offers global returns for all eligible and full-priced items, and my order qualifies under that policy. Yet, there has been no progress, no timeline, and no alternative offered to send the shoes back.
I’ve already sent a formal complaint to their info@ and support@ addresses, and I’m now considering filing with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) if this continues.
It’s very disappointing to see a company this size failing to provide even basic customer service.
