Received used shoes!

Received used shoes product was either low quality or possibly counterfeit no shipping or no packing slope so you're supposed to be able to have that to return it. They tell you you need pre-approval to return something and then they don't answer their phone.I got stuck with being charged for $350 worth of merchandise. Only received part of it. some of the packages sit unopen because I'm so disgusted with the company

slow shipping, terrible return policy

I placed an order on 1/23. Shoes arrived 2/12, including emails stating 2 pairs of shoes were sent in the shipment but I only received 1 pair. Their return policy was not available online. It took 5 days for them to respond to the emails inquiring how to return, at which point they stated that their policy is that returned shoes must be received 30 days AFTER PURCHASE (i.e., I had less than 5 days to get them back into their hands after receiving the information on how to return them - 10 days after receiving them). They used nearly the entire return period on shipping them out to me, since it took 3 weeks to get them (therefore missing the function I needed them for).

I placed an order on February 13th and…

I placed an order on February 13th and tried to cancel it within 20 minutes. I contacted Shoe Palace five separate times — emails and inquiries were completely ignored. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

First, the representative told me there was “no cancellation” stated in the product description — which turned out to be wrong because he was looking at the wrong pair of shoes. Despite my timely cancellation request, they still processed and shipped the order. Then I was told the restocking fee would be waived, and now the shoes were supposed to arrive today… but they didn’t.

So after ignoring my cancellation request, they still shipped the item anyway. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience! The customer service guy I spoke with on the phone ! Needs to be FIRED! What ever happened to customers are always right! In most cases!! JD sports needs to fix’s the asap! I will and everyone I know will no longer shop there!!!

The worst experience ever! you can't return online orders in store. They don't ever answer the customer service number given online. paid over $35 dollars to ship back and they still haven't issued refund from my returned received with required signature. Will be disputing with credit card company!

I am a long time Shoe Palace Valued Customer! I would like to Commend & Praise both Shoe Place Teams (Ventura & Camarillo Locations). I am a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom 9/11! And a Special Operations Trainer and Marine Corps Martial Arts Program Instructor. I am a State of California Licensed Real Estate Professional Consultant. Unfortunately, on 01/03/2026 I suffered a family emergency. With out going into great detail... I was not able to work or generate any income for several weeks. On 01/22/2026 reached out to District Manger Ruben (via phone) at the Ventura Location. I let him know the situation Re. me having to return a beautiful pair of Jordans, my wife had given me for Christmas... due to the financial hardship, my family and I was facing at the time! Ruben & his Team of Jon, and Charlie did not hesitate to assist me Immediately! I walked into the Camarillo Location, Jon, was ready to address the situation ASAP! The transaction was Seamless and completed in a Timely Manner! In an era where exceptional one-to-one customer service excellence has virtually disappeared in today's relations. In my opinion, the level of service that Jon, Charlie & D.M. Ruben extended to me and my family was far beyond our expectations. The work that Jon, Charlie & D.M. Ruben did should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. To say the very least... I am a Shoe Palace Customer for life! I am Extremely Satisfied!

Scam site Shoe Palace sent the wrong order then wouldn't refund me

I ordered two pairs of matching shoes and they sent a completely different random pair of shoes for one of them.

They asked for pictures to show what I received in order to process a refund and then when I sent them in they just never responded to the emails and completely ghosted me stealing the money and never delivering the actual product.

I sent 5 more emails and called constantly over the course of months and I couldn't get any customer support on the line after ever and now I'm just another victim of their theft and scam.

False advertising

They had false advertising on their website. When I received the item, it was not at all like the description or picture, and when I called to get a refund the person argued with me, and finally said that I could return it for a full refund (without the restocking fee).But never sent a follow up email with the information on how to get a full refund, I do not trust them to refund any money, so I had to keep the item.

Terrible sells fakes

Terrible sells fakes! They are untrustworthy and sell fake shoes. Then they don’t answer the phone ! Second time I’ve seen them scam somebody ! Torrance location has fake sneakers and ships fake shoes/items.

Legitimately so awful

Legitimately so awful. Do not order from their online site. They cancelled half my order and the other half took a literal eternity to ship. Also the return policy is AWFUL. They do not take online order returns in store which like…why? And you have to ship it back to them and wait a lifetime to get a fraction of your money back. Awful costumer service, can’t talk to anyone online/on the phone. Workers in the store have no idea about the online policies and how the website work. Shoe palace more like shoe hell, never ordering from them again.

I've placed multiple orders with Shoe…

I've placed multiple orders with Shoe Palace and never had a problem. They are actually my go to for foamposite releases. I placed an order on the 15th of December, its a Xmas present. It still hasn't shipped. I placed another order on the 19th of December and it shipped that same day. Is this company a scam? No not at all They are actually good when they are on the ball. The customer service is garbage. Its non existing. Ive emailed them about my order multiple time with no response back. I've even tried to call the number on their site. I have been calling it all day and its constantly busy. I really liked this spot. I've bought a half a dozen pairs of foamposites and never had an issue but I grade a company on how it handles mistakes and this comoamy handles their mistakes poorly, actually they dont even handle them. I guess they leave it to the consumer to fix it. I am going to have to take time out of my busy day to call my bank and have them cancel the order I placed on the 15th. Most of all its a Christmas Present that isn't going to be under the tree thanks to Shoe Palace!

Ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me the wrong size been trying to get in contact with someone for months. No one has emailed me back or called me. I have brought several pairs of shoes. How can I order one size but you send me a whole half size wrong and shoes are too big. Will never get my business again! Horrible Customer service all around

I ordered something the 5th and said it…

I ordered something the 5th and said it be here the 10th and haven’t received anything not even an update on a delivery date have reached out to customer support multiple times and they never answer or email back. I would not recommend ordering from their website. It has been the worse experience I ever had ordering things and all I ordered was a jacket for a Christmas present and don’t even know if it’s going to be here on time.

If I could give below one star I would…

If I could give below one star I would shoepalace.com has in the recent months become absolutely worthless. They take forever to either confirm or ship your order. Then once they confirm it, they just canceled it without any notice if you don’t have the product don’t confirm it and then they just keep repeating the same thing over and over again we have 3 to 5 business days to ship it and will let you know after that I will never ever ever order from this website or company again like I don’t even think I’m gonna go to their stores anymore because they are so rude and inconsiderate. I ordered some UGGs for my daughter‘s birthday. They could care less whether we get them or not who knows if they’re ever gonna ship them and to even get them to cancel my order and give me my money back is like an act of Congress don’t order from shoepalace.com if you don’t want to be upset and don’t want your order canceled.

Sent me child shoes

I ordered a size 12 shoe and they sent a C12 (Child). They say it is my fault and between stocking and other fees I would cost me more to return it. I wish I checked the reviews to see what a bad company it is.

They also constant delays and canceled 2 separate orders because the item was not in stock. They never refunded me the item canceled.

DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER! This company is a scam! If I could leave 0 stars I would. They have stolen my money and will not give it back. They delivered an empty shoe box with only paper that goes inside of the shoes. I have contacted fhe BBB as well as the police so they will be investigating them.
