Very good devices
Very good devices, inexpensive, but reliable. They are also small and fit nicely in existent electrical systems.
I use some devices for energy monitoring with Home Assistant and it's a great combination, never had issues and downtime.
Good to see they are adding also devices with Z-Wave protocol, which has great range and keeps power consumption low.

It started with one lousy star
It started with one lousy star; After a firmware update, 3 Shelly Pros no longer came online and could no longer be made to work with the reset button.
Customer service was capable, they asked right questions, but did not provide a solution (after-service was clearly secondary). After lots of emails, I returned the defective pros.
Received a confirmation of receipt, but subsequently did not receive a new product and of course no further response, not even to reminders.
Nowadays I've installed a few hundred Shelly's, the delivery is getting faster and the reliability of the Shelly's is improving.
The app works stable so now Shelly get 3 stars.
Dimmers break down too quickly if an incompatible or non-dimmable light source is (accidentally) installed. There is a lot of dropout from the first series 2.5
Why Shelly? The flexibility is fantastic, the 10% failure rate after 2 years is far too high, but the savings on energy, cabling and simplification of complex circuits are many times greater.
Totally rubbish steer clearer of these cowboys.
I thought Shelly were meant to be a good company, how wrong I was.
I have a plug, that took 4 times longer to deliver than they said it would, that randomly turns itself off.
Support is hopeless, will take this up with PayPal to try to get a refund.
Steer clear of this company.
