I got over 60 different brands IOT devices and Shelly ones are the most reliable and better configurable.
They are easily integrated into Home Assistant, Google and Alexa.
Accuracy of the PM an 2.5 with the covers is the best.
Also the scripting gave me more possibilities I had not in mind.
Had a couple of issues but quickly answered by the support team, giving a good solution even out of warranty period.
10/10 rate from me.
Awesome products and great service
Initially already really happy with their products (I have a few bulbs and plugs), but when one of the bulb broke they got back to me within an hour of sending the support ticket, and after I provided the information they asked sent me vouchers that covered a new one and free shipping soon after. Everything was solved within a day!

I have been a customer since 2019. Since then, I've opened 3 tickets, and another one recently. I can say I always got good technical explanations and very fair support.
In my perspective, Shelly keeps doing great in the following areas (being also the reasons why I keep purchasing Shelly devices):
- The devices work as announced, being reliable and having proper documentation, in general.
- Shelly keeps investing to allow customers to be able to have devices communicating locally instead of moving to cloud lock-in as many other companies do - for instance, now having Z-Wave or Zigbee devices is a perfect example of this (btw, the Home Assistant integration works perfectly for all devices I have).
- At last, every time I had to open a ticket, I always obtained very fair support - I have other devices from other companies, and I can say Support is one area where many other companies are failing, so this is again other very important factor that leads me to continue using and recommending Shelly devices.

Ask Tech Support for Help
I requested help a couple of times from Shelly, it took them less than 12 hours to answer. I don't know what they promise but the answers are always faster than I expect. So far all issues have been my fault for doing something wrong. I am very satisfied with the product 3EM Pro.. to add more products will get expensive but I like not having to tear up my house to modernize my house.

Had problems with a Shelly Pro 3EM device, and after a couple of explanations from my side sending evidence to Shelly, a voucher for a new device was issued.Another thing I loved contacting them: No standard pre-fab answers, someone reads and understands my problem. Not the case with other companies....

I was having issues with s PID…
I was having issues with s PID controller running as script inside shelly pro, I started out with the notion that shelly had made errors and I was looking at a bug.
turns out I hadn’t scripted correctly, support was after s bit going forth and back able to tell me where I did wrong, why it didn’t work and what to do to make the script stable and better.
I mean world class service and support on such small, cheap device.

Delivery firm "lost" items
Have ordered from their website on multiple occasions and always had a positive experience. This last time the delivering company in Sweden "damaged" the package and "lost" some items. Upon notifying Shelly they promptly investigated on their end, and within hours a new package with the missing items where on the way. Excellent service for an excellent product!

I’ve been using Shelly products for a few years now, and I use it as my main brand for automations within my home. They have an amazing products, a really good looking and complete app that allow setting everything the way I like it. I starting buying their products directly from their website during the Black Days 24 and I’m impressed for their efficiency. The delivery arrived after a week, and any issue or question was solved by the Customer support team in a fast and efficient way.
