Shelly devices have problems but a good support
I bought more than 20 Shelly devices since last year. Most of them had reliability issues due to old software versions.
One Z-wave shutter had a stuck relay and was immediately replaced. I also had three defective Zwave 1PM that wouldn't switch off reliably through Z-wave command (software issue).
The communication with support was a bit difficult at the beginning (my detailled description was misunderstood or not read properly) but it improved significantly over the time and I was very happy with the latest person.
I do hope the quality of Shelly devices will improve over time since Z-wave are not the cheapest devices and my noname zigbee devices proved to be much more reliable, in particular during recovery after a coordinator update or power shortage.

I was having issues with EM50 not reporting historical consumption. I tried everything in the support pages. I contacted support and to my surprise they contacted me on the day and by the next day problem solved. Great support, I will be buying more of their products.
Over a month and still waiting for my order
Its over a month since I placed my order and I've still not received it. I've had several responses via there ticketing system (they are quite quick to respond), but no actual stuff yet...
I've made successful orders in the past, so 3/5 rather than lower.

Replacement / 3 years warranty
Hi, my device (Shelly 1PM Gen3 ) was broken after 2 years of nice working 24/7. The vendor told me, that I have 3 years warranty and a free replacement will be done. Even the shipping costs are covered. Happy customer created.
Shelly and Homey Pro :-(((((((
I have bought a lot of shelly components in the believe that they were good products. Sorry to say, then don’t live op to expectations. I am trying to use them with Homey Pro and they lag, problems with installation. They function almost ok in the shelly app, but if you are going too use them with Homey Pro - DON’T buy!
