Awful they pass you to Esure to deal I dont know why Sheila wheel exit. Had a claim past from pillar to post no one has full details of the claim and you the customer have to do all the donky work. Missed my renewal by a day no one could honour the renewal price something so simple.

I found it quite easy to do, but I wanted to use Cashback, but I couldn’t get to do the add ons protected no claim discount and motor legal protection, perhaps it was me I just couldn’t do it, so I missed out on some cashback.

Changes made to a policy are not immediate, extremely poor and inconvenient! Would not recommend!

Not great as the policy doesn't offer Driving other cars.It also doesn't state this when signing upto the policy, to which i find unhelpful.
If this was outlined before committing to paying I would of not chose this company.
The other annoying part is even my policy does not start for another 2 weeks, they still wany to care me £29 admin fee to cancel it!!

So far so good 🤷🏻
Not really sure why I am being asked to leave a review when I have only just taken out the home insurance.
Overall the cost and compulsory excess was better than all Sheila's main competitors so thats a good start.
As for the service, I hope to not have to make a claim to find out the full extent but if I do I will happily leave a review on my experience
