I had my cordless vacuum cleaner for approx 2 years. I broke my wand and need to get a replacement, I browse the website hoping to find spare parts. The online form is easy to fill in and they respond very promptly. Their customer service is extremely good and they delivered me a new replacement the second day I place my order. Great service, great customer team and prompt delivery. Most important of all I love to use it. Great product and good quality.

I absolutely love my Shark Hover
I absolutely love my Shark Hover! It’s powerful, easy to use, and does a great job of keeping my floors clean. I’m really pleased with its performance and would definitely recommend it.
My only drawback is that it doesn’t come with any accessories for cleaning the stairs. It would be really useful to have a suitable attachment included, as cleaning the stairs can be a little awkward without one.
Overall, I’m very happy with my Shark Hover and would happily recommend it.
