Have used the share centre from its inception more years ago than one care to remember. Always found them to be friendly and efficient both on phone and via post. Convenient way of holding shares & ISA's in one place. Only thing that could be improved on web site is to link multiple accounts (i.e. Mr / Mrs / Mr & Mrs) with same surname and address onto one log in page - my bank does it.

Efficient, friendly and helpful.
The Share Centre are far and away the best company that I deal with. Every time I have requested assistance from them in any matter at all, whoever I have dealt with has been friendly, helpful and totally efficient. As I do not live in the UK, Brexit may mean that I have to find another company to handle my shares and I will be very pleasantly surprised if whoever I choose offers the same level of commitment that I have become used to receiving from The Share Centre.

Professional and friendly
I have been a user of the Share Centre for many years, as have all my family. Their personal service is excellent, even in times of stress, such as at tax year end, and my experience is that they are always friendly and helpful. When dealing with money, I suggest that attitudes towards customers are very important as service quality makes a big difference. I thoroughly recommend them for their professionalism and attention to detail.

On a recommendation, I am transferring my funds and ITs to the Share Centre. So far the service has been excellent with prompt replies to emails and, believe it or not, the staff actually ring back - a rare occurrence, I find, in the financial services industry!

Quick replies on phone
Quick replies on phone. Very convenient to have all one's trusts and shares in one place. Easy to get statements, and to read them. Phone respondents have good courtesy, knowledgeable, quick answers. Low frequent dealing rate appealing.
All in all very satisfactory. Glad I have shares in them. Quoted in the media more often these days - becoming established and respected.
