I paid for next-day delivery but unfortunately didn’t receive my order until four days later. The email communication was also quite slow, which was a bit disappointing.
That said, I’m very happy with the glasses themselves and was pleased with the product once they finally arrived. It would be really helpful if it was made clearer at checkout that certain items aren’t eligible for next-day delivery, as this would help avoid any confusion or disappointment around delivery times.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the glasses, but I do think both delivery and communication could be improved.
