Terrible after sales experience
Item lost in transit , had to communicate via the live chat over a period of 3 days before the matter was resolved and refund processed .
The phone number provided on the website is no longer recognised.
The unhelpful customer service live chat and the attempt to put off the customer is staggering .
One service agent at one point responded in the live chat that the parcel has been delivered by DPD and asked for the proof of delivery photos and if I wanted to pursue the parcel being lost in transit it could be fraudulent .
A terrible company to deal with

DPD lack of care in delivering parcels
Simple process of ordering plus extra speedy 1 day delivery - absolutely no complaints and very happy with the purchase! HOWEVER: the DPD delivery driver left the parcel outside the front door on a busy central London Street - even though I have registered two immediate neighbours -both commercial properties with staff present) in case no one is home to take delivery. If I hadn't arrived back within 10 min after delivery that parcel could have easily been picked up by anyone passing by! It would have been ever so simple to pop into the next door shop to leave the parcel safely!

Rubbish customer service
Rubbish customer service. The worst out there honestly. Bought a Canada goose gilet back in April but unfortunately had to return for an exchange due to being too big. Still have not received the item nor a refund. To now top it off they stopped responding to my emails.
DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I should have just stuck to the well known companies
