Have to say this company were good.
Sent goods from UK to Australia and it all went smoothly.
They always answered the phone when I had questions and were friendly and helpful.
All costs were upfront and did not pay more than quoted.
Would definitely use them again.

Very efficient and responsive. Clear guidance and when I had a query I got through on the phone to someone immediately and they resolved it there and then. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Supplied boxes were sturdy and fit a decent amount of stuff, the driver that dropped off the empty boxes/picked up the full ones was great and the rest of the service has been great for the price with the ETA looking about exactly as promised.

It was easy to get boxes, easy to organise pick up. There were clear instructions and polite staff. The costings were explained and things went according to plan. Everything seems economical and organised.

I've used this company multiple times in the past, and haven't had an issue. However on my latest move, my boxes, which are going from Toronto to Sydney, have sat in Melbourne for 8+ days after clearing customs. The shipment is already delayed, and I have called twice now only to be firstly provided a commitment to come back to me with a firm delivery date (this never happened), and then more excuses on the second call, where I was still not able to be provided with a delivery date.

I understand when items are on ships crossing the ocean, things are out of SevenSeas control, but after clearing customs in Australia things are entirely within their control, and considering my shipment is already late, I don't think it's acceptable to just be retaining the items in Melbourne for an unknown timeframe.

My advice to anyone moving overseas, add additional items with your airline, it works out cheaper per item and you get them straight away, not 4+ months later.

Easy to arrange shipment of good from my home, pick up was from my home address and the driver arrived on the day he was supposed to. Had a slight problem with payment due to mine being covered by a third party and for a couple of weeks I got emails to say the payment was still required, they couldn’t find it even though my name and job number were attached. All in all good to deal with from the export side, will have to wait and see if any issues when my stuff arrives at destination country

Seven Seas Worldwide was an absolute pleasure to deal with! From the outset their communication was excellent and efficient.
We especially appreciated their tracking service, that enabled us to see exactly where our Move Cube was and what stages we were in for the total shipment, the payment invoices came on time and the payment method was easy to use. When our goods arrived in the UK from South Africa, the service continued to be excellent with their driver, Mitchell being on time, very friendly and courteous when delivering our goods to their final destination.

We would certainly recommend their services to anyone relocating.

Easy to organise drop off of the boxes, as well as cancelling the extra that I didn't end up needing. Both drivers (box drop off and collection were friendly) - not received my boxes yet. So far, everything has been pretty straight forward and no issues have been experienced.

From start to finish seven seas has been really easy to use and great to deal with.

The boxes they sent were very sturdy the timings were super fast. Then when it was in shipment we got constant updates… my favourite part was the customer service I had to ring them 3 times due to change of circumstances and they were able to help me and serve me on the phone super easily!

We shipped a medium cube from London, UK to Melbourne, Australia, and I was initially a bit nervous about sending so many of our belongings overseas. However, the whole experience went incredibly well, far more seamless than I could have imagined.

The live tracking and updates were excellent. I barely needed to check the tracking myself because the communication was so clear and proactive, keeping me informed of each next step throughout the journey.

The drivers in both London and Melbourne were fantastic, friendly, kind, and very helpful. They never rushed us, which made a big difference during what can be quite a stressful time. It was such a positive experience.

Online and phone support were also great. I was never left waiting on hold for long, and I didn’t have to repeatedly explain my situation, which made everything feel efficient and well organised.

Overall, a really smooth and reassuring service from start to finish.

Although I have yet to recieve my consignment abroad, I can say that my experience, to date, has been very positive. Good communication, useful packing materials and guidance, along with punctual and helpful pick-up. The website was easy to navigate and to upload required documentation. All has gone smoothly to date. Thank you.

I shipped the goods in January, paying an initial $180, with the balance to be paid upon delivery. Today is April 19th, and when I inquired, they said it hasn't even left the warehouse yet! They're also demanding a $30 storage fee. Please send it to me as soon as possible. Even full payment upon receipt is acceptable. This is such a waste of my valuable time and a disruption to my travel plans! Please deliver it as soon as possible!

I used Seven Seas Worldwide to ship my personal belongings from Hong Kong to my hometown in Europe during my relocation. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.

While the initial booking process was straightforward and the communication seemed responsive at the beginning, the situation changed significantly as the shipment progressed. There were multiple operational issues, including incorrect box delivery, inconsistent information, and a lack of clear communication regarding the final shipment details.

The main concern, however, was the pricing transparency. The original quote was around HKD 5,000, but the final cost increased to approximately HKD 17,000 for the same shipment volume (7 boxes). Although some adjustment due to volume changes is understandable, the way the additional charges were introduced — without clear explanation or prior agreement — made it very difficult to plan and trust the process.

Overall, the experience felt disorganized and lacked the level of transparency one would expect for an international relocation service. In hindsight, I would have preferred to choose a more established provider with clearer pricing from the outset, even at a higher initial cost.

I hope this feedback helps improve their internal processes and communication for future customers.
