Purchase was easy. When I reached out about tracking my package Hina responded quickly and even followed up later. Quality of products seems legit too.

Had a problem with the first order - size was not right. Although shipping a return from my area was quite a hassle, Hina from customer support was superhelpful and supportive along the way. Everything turned out perfect, the process was managed flawlessly. Excellent customer support!

I’m very happy with the experience I had with Seraphine, order #25155441. I bought my dress for an event. I was very worried because the parcel seemed to be stuck during the international transfer. I got in touch with the customer service and Noor was really nice in assisting me and in offering me help.
I got the dress on time and I really like it very much.

Amazing shopping experience. I ordered swimming leggings and a rash vest in the sale at 9pm and they arrived the next day with standard delivery. The quality is brilliant. Highly recommend and will definitely purchase from again

Excellent quality product, we had an issue with the delivery but after contacting C/S Brandy dealt with our issue promptly and resolved it.

I contacted customer service to ask for help when I noticed I'd transposed numbers in my daughter's shipping address. Sabina assisted me with the order and contacted the shipper to correct the address. The package did arrive on schedule to her house and she was very happy with the things ordered.

I have never had such a positive customer service experience in my life. Brandy was there throughout the whole process. Normally order issues can be a complete ordeal but Brandy made the whole process seamless and easy.
I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from Seraphine again in the future based on the ease of the website, the selection of products and the outstanding customer service supports.

We bought a coat (very nice by the way) but the size was quite big and we ordered a new one before the refund of the original requested. The return and refund process was quick and easy even when It was Black friday and i suppose they had many refunds to process. Thank you

Just want to thank Brandy who I spoke to on chat yesterday. When I sent my return back and accidentally left the baby panel in the box, they arranged to have it found and shipped back to. It arrived today on a next day delivery and I am very grateful.
