My Senwow DashCam failed 6mths in. Senwow Customer Support and I use that term loosely, aren’t interested. Despite several attempts at contact, they refuse to answer.

My DashCams loop recording failed and it’s screen badly pixelated. So it’s not fit for purpose.

Please don’t get caught up in all those good reviews from people who have just bought a Senwow DashCam. There’s a good chance six months later that it will fail and if it does, just throw it away, you will get no support from Senwow.

Treat a Senwow product as a throw away item!

After buying over 4 units from this company and testing several others I am absolutely disgusted with their products.

Buy cheap buy twice.

Remember that if you ever have the need or want for their products.

I was once a staunch allie for this company leaving excellent product reviews accross multiple platforms however with the passage of time the true colours show.

Products fail, break down and that good deal you thought you had bed.es an expensive brick.

Their cameras work well to begin with and I must admit the footage was good however after around 6 months issues started to happen.

At first the date was always wrong and required constantly resetting which was a nightmare however worse still are the times where I would want to show someone some footage I had witnessed only to find it was corrupted, or the detail was so poor that it could never be used for insurance purposes.

As I said buy cheap buy twice, keep that in mind and give Nextbase a try, they really are the real deal with a decent application which allows you to view footage as well as delete without removing the micro sd card!!

I personally like the GPS functionality, the ease of use and the excellent website and customer services who really are excellent.
