Excellent customer service .
The simplicity of setting up a policy is brilliant . Their prices are the best I’ve found personally in the market and their customer service is A1. The young lady I spoke to was so pleasant and helpful and took care to explain any and all aspects of the policy. I have two vehicles with wrapper and am very happy.

Have 2 campervans insured with Wrapper. Very competitive quotes and sorted out a few extra requirements very quickly. The chat line is good because it avoids lengthy delays holding on a call as can be experiencedwith many insurance companies.

When our motorhome broke down last autumn, the customer service couldn't have been better. Helpful and efficient. A breakdown vehicle was with us in an hour although we had broken down in the countryside and we were transported to a garage of our choice. Impressive service all round.

Used this company through an insurance comparison site. Paperwork was relatively straight forward and got insurance on the day via email without too much hassle. Price was fair (wasn't the cheapest) but provided all the requirements I needed for my circumstances. Obviously the proof will be (god forbid) if I have an accident.

Our vehicle insurance was in my wife's name and she has died. The car, with Swinton, took over 40mins to get nowhere sensible. Our campervan with Wrapper took 17mins, for cancellation old policy, refund and setting up a new policy in my name. Joe at Wrapper instilled confidence.

Easy process
Found Wrapper through comparison site and the quote gave me everything I wanted. Easy to navigate on site and and purchase. I chose monthly and the follow up from the finance company went real smooth. Great value. I would give 5 stars for the ease of purchase but I don't know how a claim would go. Hopefully I will not need to ever claim but I feel this us a good honest company.

Excellent service and price
I used wrapper to insure my motor home. By far the best price and easy enough to use the service to make changes. Excellent customer service from Tilly when a refund payment couldn’t initially be located. She took the time to help resolve the issues successfully. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

very disappointing experience
very disappointing experience. Got a quote T873642 from confused.com and followed the link to Wrapper to pay for the insurance. After repeating and confirming my details on Wrapper website I received the quote 73406 reference message that they couldn't provide me with insurance cover with no explanation??? what a rubbish service. judging by some of their awful reviews i think I had a lucky escape
