Avoid at all costs. I've literally been on the phone for 5 hours being transferred from person to person in regards to a claim I am trying to make. Clearly an avoidance tactic. Many of the staff are rude, unhelpful and just trying to palm me off to someone else. Was not my choice, a broker set this policy up and whilst writing this review they have refused to pay out. Leaving me with £6000 worth of finance and a vehicle that can't move and requires £12000 worth of work

I had accident in the past and I was with this company and they don't pay anything to me so think before you go with them...

If I could give zero I would do not go anywhere near this company they’re only interested in taking your money and not giving you any kind of service or support when you need it when you’re in a distressed situation and nobody needs this when you’re in this zone

These guys are some of the best scam artists out there. They will go to the ends of the earth to find out how to avoid paying out a claim, no matter how legitimate. They also use DAC Beachcroft who are the counterpart, scum-of-the-earth corporate lawyers conveniently representing them. I've managed to narrowly escape the problems they caused but be warned... AVOID and SPREAD the WORD....

Avoid at all costs. Wouldn't pay out for my claim due to it not being involved in an official incident. Very rude "customer service".

Took 4 weeks to issue a greencard. I had to cancel my trip and lost lots of money. No reason for that and no explanation

They always come out with an excuse to not pay you out I had a crush on October last year and they written off my van but they didn’t want to pay well they actually didn’t pay me for the van yet these guys are useless they always find an issue
But they don’t know how to answer a simple question

HOLESS ALL THESE CONPANY NAMES ARE U DWR SAME ORGANISEAITION ELDON INSURANCE LTD SOUTHERN ROCK LTD WATFORD INSURANC ER SOMERSET BRIDGE LTD WHAT YHE HELL THIS CAUSES LOTS OF CONFUSION AND SEND YOU I CIRCULLS

AVOID THIS INSURANCE POLICY AT ALL COST - THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT IF YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT AND WILL CHARGE YOU EXTORTION EXCESS EVEN WHEN ITS NOT YOUR FAULT. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!

THEY HAVE UNEDCUTED STAFF, MAKE YOU WAIT OVER 40 MINS ON THE PHONE TO TELL YOU THEY NEED TO TRANSFER YOU WHICH TAKES ANOTHER 30MINS TO TELL YOU THEY CANT HELP WITH YOUR REQUEST -
AT THIS POINT ANY INDIVIDUAL WOULD LOOSE THERE MIND, SO YOU TELL THE STAFF OF TO WHICH THEY CANCEL YOUR INSURANCE POLICY.

What a bunch of A Holes. Had a bad run of luck with cars and had 4 cars in 9 months now they are refusing to change my vehicle over unless I have long book in my name????!!!!Just what I need Kick me when I'm down why don't you! So I'm now stuck without insurance til the bloody log book turns up with a 92year old mother who needs to get to hospital useless company they are my underwriters through Ladybird Insurance

Avoid this scammers , they are trying to rob you,
had an insurance canceled by them after one month . They said i had a canceled insurance before which i did not had , and asking for 904.47 pounds as my insurance was canceled . Robbers hope they will closed down as they . i won’t pay a penny towards them . Legal action will be taken against them

I hope they get bankrupt worst insurance ever will not recomend it to anyone stay away from them they workers are rude i drive a 2.2 tried down grading to a corsa much newer car and its a 1.4 they tried to say my premium is still the same £2400 a year when i get online quotes at £1300
And to cancel my policy they want me to pay out the rest of my policy and now they won't answer my calls because i want to leave

Was quick to set up my policy. Never had any accidents or had to change policy so can’t comment on this. Some of the reviews I’ve read sound like they’re terrible dealing with pay outs so I am just lucky enough to not have gone through this trouble. All in all quick to insure, all done online and was able to drive my car with in half an hour of setting up my policy.

Worst service I've ever experienced, was crashed into by a 24 ton Arctic Lorry. (the driver was foreign however we got all of the details) has taken 1 year to find said driver. Car still all damaged un fixed and struggled to get insured as claim was unsettled. After a very short time 2 weeks of being unable to find said drivers insurance they said I needed to contact a solicitor and did not help me further afterwards.

Staff are rude (this isn't all of the staff only the members of staff I had the pleasure in talking too.)

They made the whole situation extremely difficult to the point I was in tears with stress because I had no idea what was going to happen or what I was to then do. I was passed on to so many different companies and people without an explanation of who or why and then I was told by so many different people they couldn't help and would direct me to someone else etc, very messy.

Pretty much the same as all the other reviews, Absolute rubbish company and will try anything not to pay out; It's about time this band of rip off's was shut down.

After having to wait 15 weeks after being involved in a no-fault whilst my vehicle was parked and hit by a military land rover. They then couldn't insure my new vehicle and also wouldn't allow me to cancel my policy. Now because of their **** ups my premiums this year is £3000. My solicitors are on the case to redeem my all my losses. Do not bother with these. Seriously DONT DO IT!

My van got stolen, and crashed and was left on the side of the road, it was smashed into another Car, had a police reference number etc, found out who stole it, my insurance (southern rock) paid out the third party behind my back after saying it’s not my fault and now they are taking me to court saying I owe over £5000. For what? I had a police ref number, they find the guy who stole it but their response was it was my van and my insurance. I thought that what insurance was for. Also, I was driving around for nearly 2 months un aware they cancelled my policy. Only till I rang up about running my renewal I was told I owe £5000. Rip-off merchants. Scams keep away!!!!!

Another company that uses a simple address-change to hike up the premium. Here I am in my posh suburb, just moved from an urban, high crime area, and they want £50 admin fee (because their website is faulty) and £280 extra for the remaining 7 months. Scandalous - I thought inflation was around 2%, but there you go.
Obviously, I told them to stick their insurance. But of course, they still got their money by charging me extortionate fees to cancel.
Furthermore, their website phone number is not connected, and they are financially associated with GOSKIPPY and ELDON, so that suckers like me will land on comparison websites will think they are dealing with a nice new player in the market.....
