Appalling service. Collection was fine but then informed parcel was lost or damaged. No further updates, I had to email for more info which they did reply to.
Parcel eventually returned to home address damaged.
Several more emails sent asking about insurance claim Dior the damage and no response. Tried to claim via the help section on their website and after inputting relevant details the website keeps freezing. No other phone lines or help suggestions so have given in. Look elsewhere and make sure the service you choose has proper follow up processes and ideally a phone number!
Absolute shambles now
They have updated the website and seem to have deleted all the old orders & help tickets...
Don't bother using these now they are not even the best priced anymore just useless.
Misleading advert
You are still advertising a service you cannot deliver! I just tried to see if you would accept a drop-off parcel size 70x70x40cm. Your system accepted this but you have failed to liaise with the Post Office. It turns out that no PO will accept such a large parcel & until you start answering emails there is no way round this problem
Disgusting courier with a shocking…
Disgusting courier with a shocking customer service department that don't respond and lie. Sent hundreds of parcels and in the last six months, they don't collect as promised and delivery is never on time and they never offer an apology but instead chose to blame the courier (Parcelforce). Don't use them if you value your reputation.
Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Printed label attached to parcel. We had elected to drop off at local post office. Parcel accepted dated and recorded. We were kept informed as to its journey and received confirmation of delivery.

Terrible service from this Royal Mail owned parcel front. Failed to come in and collect on the day that was booked. No explanation. Took 4 days to get a response to an email and a refund, without so much as a word of apology or explanation, just a 'couldn't care less' attitude.

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service. Parcel was never collected. Had to take it to the post office myself their phone is constantly engaged and they are not giving me a refund. Used them in the past and there were good. Parcel arrived a week later only because I sorted it myself. Waste of time.

If I could give no stars I would. First time using this service and I will not be using it again. I booked two parcels and arranged collection for Thursday last week my items are still waiting to be collected and I have two very unhappy customers who are expecting their deliveries now! Tried to call no customer service number or online chat I am only to fill out a form online to request help and will have to wait who knows how long before that happens. not impressed at all.
A truly terrible company!
Do not use this company, repeated issues with any parcels which I have put through them, never collect on the correct days, never deliver on time and terrible customer service.
How they are still trading in 2020 is beyond belief.
Today's missed collection has been the final straw for me, will spend the few £ extra and use a reputable company from now on.
Unhelpful - Appalling service - Avoid at all costs
My parcel was collected on time, however, it got sent half way around the Uk. This is now day 6 and still no parcel, I had paid for a 24 hour service!! When I called them to ask for a refund (for not providing a 24 hour service) they said that is not possible due to covid-19 (poxy excuse)!!!!!!!
Taking a parcel to the wrong sorting hub has got f~^k all to do with covid-19.

Totally not trustworthy
Take my advice - don’t use this company. Totally not trustworthy. I spend a whole day waiting for a pick up as there is no way for the company to give you any time slot. Nobody arrived. Nobody tried to contact me either. After two days I sent a message asking about my collection they replied that they attempted collecting but nobody was in. I asked for the parcel to be collected again. A driver arrived. Handed me a confirmation ticket. Took my parcel and left. The next day the parcel was delivered to ....me. It had my own label with all the correct details and then there were two more labels listing my address as a delivery address. I explained to the driver the mistake. He took the parcel back. Since then it’s been three weeks almost. I was told their today that the parcel was lost !!!!!! Full of personal belongings which are not replaceable. All I was told is that I can apply for compensations. The worse service I have ever experienced in many years.
Post Office may not accept your parcel!
SendItNow are a cheaper gateway to ParcelForce services. I was attacted by the claim that I could drop off a parcel at 'any one of 10,000+ post office branches'. Sounds easy...
Unfortunately this is not true. The post office branches may refuse to accept your parcel, meaning you have to then take it to another branch and hope for the best. Not very convenient! And also false advertising, i'd say.
I complained about this and here's what the company had to say:
'Thank you very much for your feedback. We appreciate your discontent in regards to this, all post offices should accept items within our size restrictions as they are contracted to accept these items. However we are not in control over post offices and their staff, some smaller post offices may have slightly smaller restrictions and dimensions or may refuse items if they do not have the space. Unfortunately it is hard for us to monitor this as, like I previously stated we have no control over the post offices and their employees. Please accept my apologies for this and the inconveniences you experienced.'
When my parcel was eventually accepted, it was delivered next day as promised. No complaints there.

Absolutely incompetent.
Despite following guidelines and paying for an express service with enhanced compensation they will not honour a claim.

people leaving bad reviews should be leaving them for the couriers and not this middleman.
Send it now always give a great price but sometimes the couriers mess up but can't really blame this company.
Total rubbish
Total rubbish. Failed to pick up a parcel from my work where there is someone on reception a day long, then claimed no one was there.

Exellent service as usual, had a none collection but after request for help it was collected next day as i always expect, sometimes posty just cant get to collect for reasons beyond their control,, i have been using this service for over 8 years and canty fault it,who else will send up to 30kgs for £12.50 !!! were else do you get chance to see the signiture the recipient has signed for to proove deliver for those out there to try to scam you,,you can check it by just logging into your account, the copy and paste it to buyer,, also how many couriers notifies the buyer his parcel is out for delivery and tells the sender its been delivered, also you get the security of the post office staff to deliver correctly, not some hired partime hand that leaves parcels anywere even at another address, get a grip out there people,,, totally disagree with all the put down posts on here, keep up the good work,
Awful
Awful, awful service. Don't even both with this company. I had a bike sent from Ireland to England and never got it. They left no indication that an attempt had been made, and when they claim they 'hold for 24hrs at a shipping depot' it was held for less than 30min before going straight back to the sender. Very unorganized company. :(
Shocking
Seriously do not use this company, in all my years of having parcels sent and delivered I have never experienced a courier company this bad before!! My parcel has been going around in circles for 3 weeks, no one to call and just an email service which they never respond to!! Avoid at all costs.. do not even consider even if they are the cheapest!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Didn’t collect parcel on time, are impossible to contact, sent generic replies when somebody eventually gets back to you. When they didn’t collect my package I was told, I should book (and pay for) another collection or take the package to the post office myself and they “might be able to help” me. absolutly disgusted with the complete lack of customer service and patronising manner with which I was dealt with. Never again.
