WORST service and a total SCAM.

WORST service and a total SCAM.
They’ll never collect your parcel nor will they deliver. They just take your money and never bother to respond.
There’s no way you get a refund.
Please don’t get scammed.

Sent a parcel for next-day delivery no response

Sent a parcel for next-day delivery and the parcel was collected on 24th May from me and i was expecting to get it delivered on 25th May and it was not and it has been more than 4 days now...when I contacted customer service, no response from them and all they say an apology.
I paid an extra amount for one-day delivery, no compensation or refund...till now they don't have a track of my parcel...
I highly recommend not using this service, it might be tempting with the prices..please don't fall into the trap.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. They twice stated when I tried to purchase their service told me payment hadn't been taken, only for me to find the next day that they had indeed taken payment. You can no longer deal with them directly and I still can't contact them directly because the such function on their customer service does not recognise "payment problem"

Impossible to get in contact

Impossible to get in contact with anyone. Delivery was meant to be next day delivery and instantly had latest date it could arrive which was 3 days later confirming it wouldn’t arrive next day.

Wasted a Saturday waiting for an expensive product which I wanted to make sure I was in for the delivery to not turn up.

just closed my claim for damage after asking twice for other info, no other way to do it than through the original claim page, uploaded info plus a letter in pdf uploaded asking is this the correct way to send further info, next thing, checked my claim, the rejected it saying It had been a while since I had been in touch, of all the couriers this is the only one with no method of contact , disgusting, I send many parcels through most couriers every week and can always contact someone, not these. No wonder they offer free compensation up to £100 because there is now way you can claim/respond to further questions for more information. Part of the Royal Mail group!! ffs!!

Terrible when there’s a problem

Terrible when there’s a problem , no email nobody to speak to and if there’s a claim for loss you’ll be ten years older by the time they sort it out and they’ll ask that many stupid questions that the frustration alone will make you just want to walk away !!!

No customer service for when something goes wrong

We had a failed parcel delivery using senditnow and were unable to get in contact with anyone to track or claim a refund. There is no email, chat room or telephone number to contact when things go wrong. We had to chase the parcel ourselves with the companies senditnow had used for shipping, and when the parcel was returned to the sender with no reason, senditnow had no idea what had happened or updated their tracking (they basically lost track of the parcel). I would not use this company again. We have lost the shipping cost for a parcel to end up back at the shipping destination.

Since the 17th November this lost parcel has been ''pending courier'' in the Netherlands - it is now the 6th December. The parcel was sent on the 21st October - how many years do you need to investigate. Clearly I need to send you a pre legal action protocol letter.

Terrible

Terrible. Do not use. Cancelled my first order, rebooked after about a week (waiting on refund) - they just failed to collect this time without any correspondence. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They haven't responded to any of my e-mails.

Parcel sent to Italy

Parcel sent to Italy, tried to deliver then sent back to me, well that what they say they are doing parcel missing since end of April impossible to find a phone number absolute waste of money. Customer had refund I am out of packet goods and shipment and sales price complete con avoid at all cost.

Poor service and poor customer assistance

Booked a 24 express service with delivery no later than the 20th as buyer needed it that day the Parcel then sits at delivery depot from 4am till the next day and arrives on the 21st when contacting i was passed from pillar to post. You book via send it now payment took by parcel2go and service provided by parcelforce. None take responsibility and just past you around all the various live chats. Please save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Huge risk using this booking company.
When it goes well, is fine.
But if things go wrong, you're on your own; no helpline no chatline, processing a claim is a dead loss, with no updates and no compensation, despite having forwarded all relevant details. Absolutely appalling.
I have had to write my loss off and put it down to experience.
My advice is avoid this company altogether.

Worst service ever and Bad experience

Booked my luggage shift and they have not delivered it. No use in following up with them on the mails for last 8 months. They also collected extra money for insurance which is also wasted... Kindly do not go for this if you really want a safe transfer

Booked a delivery for next daySuch a Disappointment

Booked a delivery for next day, parcel collected on the 15th November costing £96
The parcel got lost and we had to start a claim, subsequently the parcel re appeared and was delivered 2 WEEKS LATER

The customer demanded a refund and we approached Parcel2Go and was refunded £6.77

Understand that there are issues due to Covid but how is this even fair.
