Great service, polite, professional
I booked an appointment late week for a Saturday morning valuation - arrived and met with Steve D who was professional and polite.
Appointment went smoothly, car checked through system, price offered and accepted.
Money landed in account quicker than anticipated, hassle free!!!
Even had things to carry and needed to wait for a lift and Steve offered his office to look after the personal belongings going above and beyond to support.
Great, easy service, would recommend - well done guys !

Fantastic service from Dan when I went…
Fantastic service from Dan when I went to Sutton Coldfield branch. Got a really good price for my car, all done and dusted within about 40 mins. Only reason for dropping a star is I did have to chase the payment the next day as it didn't go into my account, that was rectified within minutes and an apology given.
Would definitely use again though!

Tom was great he looked around my car and test drove it. I was offered an initial price which was lower than expected but after some haggling I managed to get a price I’m comfortable with. They will be paying my finance off as well

Very friendly offered us drinks while waiting for the appointment and after a few checks it was clear how much they offered for my car. It was a little less then I expected but still within reason. It didn't take to long to complete the deal. So very professional, quick and clear.
