The 2nd person who was very pleasant had to confirm 1 question. The value of their purchase price was 70% of market value. If the 1st person had said this straight away, I wouldn't have had to waste my time with the very pleasant 2nd person!

Very poor sound quality with her colleagues voices louder than what she was trying to tell me .
The sales pitch was unprofessional and aimed at people who are obviously more desperate than me to sell and the cash price offered was laughable . Better to sell on auction if you really need a quick sale .
