Select Car Leasing Reviews 

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Select Car Leasing has been extremely disappointing.

I paid an extra £280 for my van to be ply-lined before delivery. The van arrived without the ply lining, meaning I paid for a service that was never provided.

It has now been three months, and despite calling the company almost every week, I am still waiting for my £280 refund. I have spoken to the same representative (Adam) on several occasions and have repeatedly been told that the refund would be sorted by management, but nothing has happened. I am now struggling to get any response at all.

Customers should not have to spend three months chasing money they are clearly owed. The lack of communication and failure to resolve such a straightforward issue has been incredibly frustrating.

I hope this review encourages the company to finally resolve the matter, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend Select Car Leasing.

I've had a great experience with Select Car Leasing and have just started my second lease after the first lease of 4 years.

A special mention to David Shaw who always answers my many questions in good time. Received my new car on the expected date and I'm really happy with my choice!

Damian McCoy assisted our firm with arranging a new EV for our staff and the process was very easy. Damian was attentive, clear and on hand to get us through a process that's quite alien to us with no issues or delays.
We would highly recommend Select for both price and especially service!
