Carley Pennell was sensational from beginning to end, following the sale checked stayed in touch regularly following ever step through, made sure everything was okay with all information delivered. Smooth, effortless, nothing was EVER too much trouble for her. The support throughout signing docs and updating details was second to none! When I use this company again I will be asking for Carley by name as she is incredible. The gent who delivered the car was thorough, polite, most importantly respectful.

Positive experience with attention to detail

Very focussed on finding best deal to meet customer needs. The first choice car ordered, a Mazda was found to be running too late on manufacture/delivery, so SCL then did another trawl locating an excellent deal on my original preferred option- a MB which was available in stock and the terms were an even greater improvement. The only problem we found was MBFS were unbelievably bureaucratic and painfully slow, however Stephen Hood from SCL patiently helped us get through the MBFS layers and delivered an excellent deal. I thoroughly recommend SCL- this has been my 2nd lease arranged through them.
