We have a water cooler, it takes over 5 working days to get our water delivered.
We have no service plan so when I asked for a service was told that it would cost £700 + VAT Cira for just one service and filter change ( we could buy a brand new machine for less than £200). I asked for an upgrade with service plan and was quoted £34.84 A WEEK!. So we have sent a letter terminating our contract and now I have radio silence. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.

I was trying to buy a drink because I was extremely thirsty and it was an unclear experience from the start. I was charged over €3 for a small drink in a French service station that didn't even dispense. I would definitely not recommend these unreliable and expensive vending machines that are difficult to operate and don't deliver the product, and still charge you! Worst vending machine experience possible.

They are having some serious issues with their machines, there is a high failure rate, often they do not release the product, the coin acceptor does not recognise the coins and does not return them either.

Selecta needs to get them completely re-engineered.

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. At Basingstoke station, platform 1 I bought a bottle of drink at £2.80, which is a rip-off for a start. It was very warm so the vending machine was obviously not chilled. Then I bought skittles, was charged twice and the packet remained trapped in the machine. Will definitely not use again! Shocking service!

Buxton Selecta. I went in for a desperately needed tyre and was rightly told. I needed 2. They set to work and then asked me to look at a 3rd wheel - tyre was visibly good but he pointed out the wheel was red hot and the brakes had clamped on solid so by hand the wheel couldn’t be turned. I have a long journey ahead and if I’d have not stopped for the tyre I would have driven a dangerous vehicle not knowing at all until maybe an accident. They kept the car overnight and got me on the road at lunch in time for me to get to work. Brilliant service ,nice friendly folk and without their care and attention I would have. Had major problems. Payed for two cokes and never got them. Called them and someone picked up and took my details and said they’d contact me back when they’re open again the next business day. Never got contacted and won’t give me a refund either. Poor company.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Tried the one at Travelodge Caernarfon. Took my money 3 times and didn't get my drink. Waste of time ringing. Will never use one again if I see one.

Terrible! They charged me money and they did not give me my coffee!! Do not recommend guys.

Very poor service. I won’t recommend to anyone use this machine. Yesterday, 7th of Feb 2025 I purchased a bottle (1 )
of apple juice that cost 2.50 using my Apple Pay but it charge me £5.00 for one bottle.

Today , I phoned the costumer service to report my experienced but the costumer service is too the same .No one can answer your call from the six option . Its just just said sorry the office is closed.

Not recommended !

Do not use these machines. It's just not worth it. You can only negotiate by ringing a number on the machine. The venues they are at do not get involved. If you ring them they want your bank details with no real reassurance you'll ever get the money back.
I cannot understand why so many of these machines are out of order. They are not reliable and no one to assist you when you've purchased items you're not going to get.

I purchased a small bottle of water in Madrid Airport Gate B20 for €3.80, Yes, expensive. It only gave me 20 cent change out of €10. The Airport have no responsibility. I tried the phone number on the machine which rang once and cut off. They must be making a fortune on this level of scamming.

I paid for an item on a coca cola vending machine at Gatwick Airport on the 16/10/2024, the item was not dropped but the transaction went through. On the same day I contacted Coca Cola and Selecta to have the money returned. I had to contact them 7 times more with back and forth senseless replied. I only got the money on the 20/11/2024 (more than one month after) because I submitted the transaction as a fraud to my bank) KEEP AWAY FOLKS!

Neo Magome the sales consultant gave us excellent service.
He was very helpful and friendly.
He truly went the extra mile for us. Neo seems to be a person's person.
We the aged from Kuilsrivers OAC say thank you Neo. We will most definitely make use of your company again.

The worst of all . They never appeared to deliver the car in the airport and they did not answer the phone ... we just lost our money .

The vending machine user interface is terrible.
two touchscreens. I booped the number in for the item i wanted on the top screen, the bottom screen requested payment. I presented my phone, the machine took payment and then failed to dispense a completely different item.
It appears that the previous person left an item in the "shopping basket" and the machine ignored my selection.
Called their support number, the automated system said I'd get a call back. 1 day later and no call.
The machine number is 1072648, the transaction took place at approximately 17:15 on 10/09/2024.
I would like a refund.

Took money om my card at Paris airport but didn't dispense any goods twice.

What a shittty show

0.5L water bottle for 2.5£. what? This is why those vending machines just sit there and collect dust. There is absolutely no reason for those items in there to have such a high price. And they use excuses like, machine maintenance and refill. No. Those things rarely break, and just work for years.
