Try to be a bit more honest about ticket prices. The constant adding on of fees is really annoying. Say what you mean and mean what you say. There is no point in a ticket being advertised at, say, £25, if it's impossible to buy one for £25.

Booked tickets to see Christina…
Booked tickets to see Christina Aguilera, concert was cancelled by the organisers, originally See Tickets were saying to get refund from Heritage and they were saying to get refund from See Tickets. Finally got refund from See Tickets minus the booking fee and transaction fee. I booked 6 tickets, which meant I’m nearly £60 out of pocket. The thing that’s annoying is that I didn’t realise the booking fee was £9.40 until I paid for tickets and I got confirmation email through. Will never buy through See Tickets again!

Avoid this ticket company if you can
Avoid this ticket company if you can. They changed an event from a Friday in December to a Sunday in May the following year and have only issued a partial refund despite the change being entirely their issue. Unscrupulous ticket company.
I am escalating with STAR but I would advise against purchasing tickets through them to others so you do not have the same issue.
