I am using Secures for quite a while. Last week was the first time I filed a claim. Initially, one of the agents that took my claim denied it because I opened the claim over 14 days that the departure date, as I wasn't aware of this rule within the EU.
I was later communicated with Valentin who listened to my experience and took it to his hands, with undoubtedly professionalism and customer oriented approach, I never expected him to help me in such care and dedicated way. I also advice everyone to read carefully all the terms and rules in their shipping destination within Secursus service.
I wish all companies and services we interact with will have even 1% of Valentin attitude and customer oriented approach.

I have been using Secursus to insure my shipments for about a year now and have just had to make a claim for damage. They settled the claim quickly and were very helpful.

SIMPLE, EASY AND AFFORDABLE SHIPPING COVERAGE! THE PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (it's NOT necessary to double box every item shipped - nor is it cost effective to be required to do this) AND PHOTOS NEEDED FOR EACH PACKAGE SHIPPED/INSURED IS EXTREMELY TOO MUCH WORK FOR EVERYTHING THAT I NEED TO SHIP. BUT FOR THE HIGHER VALUE ITEMS, THIS COVERAGE CAN'T BE BEAT! LUCKILY I HAVE ONLY HAD ONE DAMAGE CLAIM TO SUBMIT AND THEY PAID SUPER FAST.

A valuable parcel was reported missing and our customer signed a statement it was not delivered.
After 1 month of 'investigation' the shipping company declared the parcel was lost. It took Secursus less than 1 day to find proof that the parcel was actually delivered!
It is great to receive compensation when a parcel is lost, but it feels even better when a scammer making false claims is not rewarded.
The online website is now also much improved, making it easier to file and monitor a claim.
We can only recommend using Secursus for peace of mind.

Getting good insurance to protect shipments of many types of valuable items is not only difficult but often impossible. Secursus has changed all that - they offer affordable prices, excellent customer service and an easy to use system. Could not recommend them more highly.

I ensured my packages with Secursus for international travel. An item was damaged in transit and so I opened a claim. I found out then that their insurance only covers business shipments, and not personal like mine. They none the less gave me some compensation, which covered the cost of the insurance if nothing else.

I run the 100% 5* rated music store Wax Musical in Culcheth - check us out for amazing guitars etc shipped worldwide. There is only one courier in the UK that can be trusted never to damage guitars and that courier will not insure musical instruments. The only solution? Insure separately with Secursus. First problem ever happened last month - courier delivered my parcel to an Amazon returns depotin error and there was no way to recover it. So I put my claim in with Secursus - I have received the full amount I insured, transferred into my bank account within two weeks. Very happy and will continue to use them.

Very bad customer service. Parcel went lost and they wont refund regarding to their complicated T&C. They will find always a reason why they wont pay and refund. Especially with terms not in your hand to deal. The parcel was ordered as private delivery + signature required. Customer routed it to an UPS point and now they are claiming its not covered anymore. How should a shipper control this???
This is the worst customer service - they wont to get paid for zero coverage and it works best as long as there is no case

I just had to send documents on the Secursus web platform (it's easy to use and very simple to understand) , and Secursus refund me. The contact was quick and professional. I had another problem few month ago , and it was also quickly fixed. A very professional service. The best solution i know for extra inssurance.
I was incredibly impressed with how Secursus handled my claims. From the timeliness of responses to the thorough explanations of procedures, and even to the distribution of the claim funds, it was a stress free experience.
I was Not able to Register my Credit Card. They helped me to carry Out the payments manually.
Overall good experience if you carefully read the requirements and make photos of every step. Packages need to be packed so that the goods sent are not identifiable. Short: do your homework first
I have used secursus to send two packages to Hungary. DPD as a parcel service does not allow insurances above a certain amount, so I had to use an external insurance service. Sure enough, one of the packages send got damaged.
Since I documented every step of the shipping progress and chose to send the items with a tracking number, I could open a claim with secursus. After 8 weeks and a multitude of requested documents and photos (which is totally understandable) I was able to get the full refund for replacing spare parts of the items damaged (monitor speakers in this case).
If something like this happens there is work to do and it is tedious, but: everything for solved and secursus acted professionally every time.
There is only one gripe and that is the website itself, which does not allow any useful interaction when using a smart phone. Requested videos could not be send by email since they were too large.
Apart from that: will use them again. Happily.
