Unfortunately they have shrunken over time despite following wash guidelines and they have send me back swiftly a replacement pair

I had an issue with a pair of socks I ordered, which unfortunately caused discomfort when worn for longer periods. I contacted customer support and they responded quickly, explained the reason clearly, and resolved the issue without any hassle.

They offered a suitable replacement free of charge and were professional, helpful, and efficient throughout. Really impressed with how swiftly the problem was handled and with the level of customer care shown. I’ve purchased from them before with no issues and would happily do so again.

I've been a user of the brand since they first came out over 20 years ago, fantastic socks for keeping your feet dry during running. Unfortunately over the last few years the quality control has waned dramatically, to the point where the socks wore through after a single run. I've flagged this to customer support, but all they could do was send me a replacement pair instead of an active engagement in why the product no longer works. I just can't recommend this brand anymore after years of plugging it to all my running friends. Lost a lifetime customer.

Great company! I ordered the Arminghall knit hat. It exceeded my expectations for quality and features but unfortunately the XXL size was a bit too tight. I got a free return shipping label easily. I had a question about how to attach the customs declaration. I got an immediate response from an AI agent which did not answer my question, but it did refer me to receive a detailed answer from a human at the first opening of business.

I bought heated gloves several years ago and needed to replace the batters charger. It is no longer in stock anywhere, but the team managed to find one & ship it out to me. So helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. The gloves are still going strong after 4 years of winter wear, and if I hadn't lost the charger whilst moving house I guess that would have been fine too!

There is a great selection of waterproof goodies, and an easy to use website.

I love the outdoors and I am always trying to seek out the best quality gear that is waterproof, durable and stylish. I believe Seal Skinz is one of the select few brands that truly meets these requirements.
I have a variety of Seal Skinz products ranging from running gear, headwear and hiking jackets. All of the kit is of a high quality and no matter what the British weather throws at it I always remain dry and warm.
In addition the customer service at Seal Skinz is faultless and incredibly responsive. Any time I have contacted Seal Skinz regarding an issue with an order they always take it seriously, responding within 24 hours with a personalised message and solution to my problem.
I highly recommend Seal Skinz to anyone looking for reliable outdoors gear.

The AI was useless and annoying. However, the customer service representative was great, gave me clear instructions and the whole issue was resolved within 30 mins. Was very impressed. I was also pleasantly surprised about the lifetime guarantee on the product, which I was not aware of

AI service wasn’t useful, once costumer service personnel took over , I found them helpful and prompt to help. My faith in the company was restored.

I recently lost my left glove to my precious atmer gloves that I basically live in during the fall winter and spring. It was the 3rd pair I have owned in like 5+ years. (Not because the quality is bad by any means they are actually super durable.. its actually because I tend to lose them. Lol) I commute by bicycle year round. And 1 always seems fall out of my pocket at some point. So they did change the design on the gloves a year or 2 ago and the new version don't fit my hands. (I purchased the large and xl to check fit. They didnt fit my hands) So I contacted them about getting ahold of some past year models and they got me hooked up and said just donate the 2 pairs I purchased to people in need. Which where 2 other people I know who commute by bike all year. They love them, they get used all season. And thats in Michigan. This company kicks ass! Not only is thier quality awesome, but thier costumer service is the best I've ever had. I also use thier waterproof socks they have. And they are also legit! Your shoes could be pooled with water and you feet stay dry and warm, they can feel a little slippery with socks in but with out socks your feet can get pretty cold. Anyway I support Sealskinz 100% and will always recommend them when people asked about waterproof items and accessories.

Ive had my waterproof socks for years but decided to try the new anti blister run socks which have been brilliant for all my training! Ive also just purchased one of their new fleeces which i love!

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with gloves i bought a while back but never worn. The issue was sorted quickly with very little fuss.

The Sealskinz Customer Experience Team responded very quickly to my enquiry, asking to purchase a replacement re-charger cable for my heated gloves. The required cable has been updated and will not fit my gloves BUT they located one of the original design and sent it to me for no charge. Excellent service.

Sealskins waterproof socks are brilliant - absolutely 100% waterproof. So I was a bit disappointed when one developed a hole after two and a half years. But the customer service proved to be just as good as the socks. Within minutes I received a voucher to the full cost of the original pair, with free postage too!
