Billy & Regan delivered our sofa Whithin the time slot they set they were clean, polite very efficient and left when they had made sure all was ok with me

Just wanted to leave a review on the guys that delivered our sofa yesterday Billy and Paulino, they arrived earlier than quoted which was a good start, both guys were very friendly and very cheerful. They had to get a very large sofa through a very tricky space but managed it with great expertise, they respected our home and did a brilliant job, we are still waiting on a second delivery and hope it’s these guys that return with it. Thanks guys five star service.

Our shopping experience for a sofa was made so much easier by Sarah at the Edinburgh store. We just like to be able to look around ourselves and when I explained this she gave us time and was there if we needed anything. When we were ready to ask and go ahead she was there and full of knowledge. She made me feel at ease. Our sofa arrived yesterday and we are really happy with our purchase.

From ordering to delivery - absolutely perfect. The young gentleman trainee at Straiton was great, very friendly and thorough, explained everything very well. SCS were in contact communication regarding delivery and then the two delivery guys. They were just amazing! Sofa was a bit tricky to get in but they managed no problem and assembled it where I wanted. Amazing service

The delivery men were fantastic - they phoned to give advance notice of their arrival and after a quick look to see where the sofas were going they got right onto removing all the packaging outdoors before bringing the furniture inside.
They arranged it perfectly, tested the recliners worked as expected before taking all the packaging away with them.
They were nice and chatted away in a friendly manner throughout their time.
A giant thumbs up from us to them.

An excellent experience, sales chap was lovely, helpful and experienced.

The tracking system could be better as the times kept changing for delivery apart from that perfect delivery. They even set it up and take away the packaging, Nice and Polite staff.

Jay was polite and very helpful went above and beyond and made the transaction smooth and quick.

Thought I would come back and update my review. I finally received my sofas on the 29/4/2025 . The delivery guys we're fantastic nothing was to much trouble for them . I received a call last night from SCS to give ,e a jester of goodwill of a £150.00 but I declined this offer as we only wanted our new sofas it never was about money.But thank you SCS of the offer of a £150.00 jester of goodwill. We are extremely happy with the Tobias sofa's . As I said before your delivery men we're fantastic they even offered to place my sofas we're ever I wanted them in the sitting room but I hadn't decided we're I wanted them myself. Could you please make the delivery guys aware that I'm very thankful . Thank you.

Been great from start to finish, salesman in shop was great, listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect sofa. Then on to the delivery - these two guys were top notch, friendly, professional and done the job well.

We had an absolutely delightful experience in choosing our sofa with the sales person, Assim. He was informative and helpful without being pushy. We felt very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary coffee. We are looking forward to sitting on our new furniture in a couple of months! Thanks Assim!

The salesman was excellent and did not push any product but he understood what we needed and did what he could to satisfy our needs

Was in today and seen Darren, he was very knowledgeable on the sofa's and very friendly. He was able to make the decision making so much easier, he also allowed time for me to make my decision. I would defo recommend anyone to pop in for a visit. All staff are also friendly and very attentive. Great service
