Had issues with selling and getting call backs after chasing to discuss. Delivery was ok. Customer service before sale good after sales not so good.

I am absolutely delighted with my Regina sofa. The delivery guys Robin &Dean unpacked it and carried it in & placed it into position without any complaint on which must have been a very strenuous effort on a very hot day of 29 degrees. I shall be going to the S.C.S. store Straiton Park Edinburgh on 14/07/26 who requirers seating furniture in the near future. I could not recommend Poltrone Sofa enough.

Sofa suite is lovely although delivery arrangements were a little haphazard,

Robin and Dean were very efficient and the sofas set up in no time. The delivery was on time. All in all an excellent service.

Keith welcomed us as we walked through the door, advising that the business had transitioned under it's new name from scs and that all sofas can be made available in any fabric shown within the store. At that point Keith left us to browse without any pressure of sales etc which was perfect as aligns with our preference of shopping.

When we required assistance Keith was within the vicinity to answer questions and support as we required. He spent probably an hour supporting us with material decisions etc before we completed on the sale. Everything was extremely easy and we did not feel at any point a sale was being pressurised.

Great service from start to finish.

Staff welcoming, and available to assist when required without being overbearing. Helpful in discussions about colour and fabric choices. Raz and Steff helped us with our purchase.

Stefanie was very helpful and made the decision making process easy. She was very attentive without being pushy.

I am very happy with my experience with Poltronesofa- Straiton as my furniture looks great. The delivery men were excellent
in delivering on time and building my furniture up so no complaints from me.

A warm welcome, helpful and knowledgeable staff and very prompt service.

We had a little wander around
looking at Sofas.
Kevin cane up to greet us and
said he would be happy to show
us what we had in mind.
He was extremely knowledgeable of all the sofas.
Hence the reason we decided
to buy one which we are looking
forward to it arriving.
We would say Kevin should
get top marks for his patience.

staff offering a good service but not bothering you

Very good service and delivery excellent snd keeping up to date eith delivery. Could have delivered sooner however my decision to delay as was on holiday that week. Excellent from start to finish.

Excellent service

The member of staff listened to my needs and directed me to a product, a sofa bed, which best fulfilled them. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable and there was no pressure placed on me at any point.

The delivery was great both of the delivery men were excellent However there was damage to one if the backs he reported this and asked for me to get a call back however no one has called to resolve this, which
Is a shame because it has spoilt the experience.

Friendly sales person but when I tried to contact the store to add items to my order they never got back to me the first time, never placed the order the 2nd or 3rd time. Only added item on 4th attempt 2 days after intial order but the item is being delivered 2 weeks later despite being told it would be with initial order

All the staff we dealt with were lovely and very efficient. The delivery men were very careful to not mark walls or anything else and waited until the rain had stopped before bringing sofa in.
