Excellent from start to finish.
Professional and helpful service at the store. Very friendly and not pushy at all.
Sofas are made to order in Italy so lengthy delivery time was expected. Proposed delivery date was met and pre delivery communication was excellent. Delivery team were very good and considerate.

Perfect Sofa at an Affordable Price
We recently visited the Straiton Retail Park location and were impressed on many levels.
The welcome, atmosphere, product and service from Keith, meant that we walked out with a brand new sofa when we had originally planned to browse now (and buy later). Bravo on the Free Delivery!
Now, we just need you to sell us an ex-display C-Shaped, smoked glass table to complete our lasted look.

I can see that your order was placed with us on 15/07/26 and the Free delivery offer only became available on 22/07/26. We can only offer discounts which are available at the time of an order being placed.
When your order was placed there was a deduction of £100 from your delivery charge applied, this is shown on your order confirmation document.

A memorable experience!
I am really sorry, but I do not remember the name of the staff member that greeted us, and helped us through the whole purchasing process. However, he was very polite, helpful and knowledgable.
