We had no problems. The salesman in Stirling was very helpful and non pushy. The suite arrived at the time stated and the delivery staff were on time and very helpful. Oh, and by the way, the furniture so far is great for sitting on.

Raymond was fantastic , very nice and totally knew his sofas , didn’t pester us or anything left us until we needed him . Hadn’t intended to buy but he made it stressless and helped us , great job

I was really happy with the service I received in store couldn't be happier with the gentleman that served us he was very professional from start to finish but what we wernt happy with was once we bought our sofa we told him we were collecting our sofa and he told us that there was no such thing any longer since you guys took over as a SOLD SIGN so we have to put up with people ie. Chilldern jumping all over the sofa ee just paid our hard earned money for, so No we're not happy with that at all.

Walked into the shop for the first time and met Raymond who made us feel very welcome without being intrusive.We had a walk round and eventually chose something we liked and spoke again to Raymond.He steered us through the whole process and was extremely helpful.An absolute delight from beginning to end!! Steve was an excellent sales person, with clear good communication, we came back to the store 3 times when deciding the sofa, however Steve was always polite and had excellent customer service.

Delivery on time. Two young guys were excellent

Although greeted on entering, the staff were not overbearing. After giving us helpful information, they left us to browse ourselves which I was pleased about. Once we had chosen the furniture we wanted, the purchase was concluded quite quickly. My only criticism is that maybe extra staff as once we had made our decision we had to wait a good 10 minutes for a member of staff (there were only two on) to finish with other customers.
