It was an absolute pleasure to visit Poltronèsofà and have the assistance and advice of Ally, who was so intuitive it was unbelievable. I had no idea what I wanted so we started a process of elimination of what I didn’t want. Ally was so knowledgeable that I soon had my selection down to two suites, but struggled to choose which one. There was no pressure from Ally, only sound advice. A perfect example of brilliant customer service.

It was so refreshing not to have to deal with a pushy hard selling salesman as I had done in the previous store, that had put me off so much that I walked out vowing never to buy anything from that store.

I also had a lovely conversation with Sharron who was equally helpful. My final choice was easy to make thanks to these amazing ladies, whose understanding and people skills made my whole experience at Poltronèsofà an exceptional one.

I would honestly recommend visiting this store and if you get Ally or Sharron you have got a winner! They are an absolute credit to this company.

However had she not been subject to having her work checked by a more experienced colleague, we would have been unaware, such was the professionalism she showed during our visit.

The young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. On hearing the type and colour sofa we wanted, she guided us through various style options and colours without being pushy.

The settee arrived with a fault. We tried to use the extended warranty we paid for, and they told us the fault should be covered by the SCS warranty. We reached out to SCS, and they blamed us for the damage, even though we had only had the settee for 2 months.
I would not recommend SCS and definitely not buy from them again.

My new sofa from SCS was delivered on a rather small lorry with quite a few other sofas all seemingly together in limited space on the vehicle
The two delivery men were friendly enough but having looked through the sofas onboard offered 3 different
ones to me but none were the right ones
Having spoke to the shop they found out that mine had not been loaded
The right one was still at the shop and they went back to pick it up (took about 30 minutes)
One other comment to make , i thought they might have covered their shoes up when coming into the lounge

Delivery was in the day and almost the time given, give or take 20 mins. Very polite delivery guys, asked should they remove shoes. Opened the package and took packaging away too. Very professional and courteous 5 🌟

Delivery personnel damaged walls in my new built house, took photos of the damage and promised to report to aftercare team. I phoned them after 7 days but they know nothing about my complaint. I raised it again and now waiting over a week for any kind of contact so very poor SCS. It looks like you care about your client until bill is paid. Contact me if care

Excellent service from start to finish

Great selection even better service. The shop was very clean and presentable on arrival and smelt great. The Mrs had already found a sofa she was happy with elsewhere but thought it was worth a little mooch before committing, not long after having a browse we stumbled upon a sofa set that gripped us like a 20+ handicapper would his/her 7iron (speaking from experience), at this point Waliur who had already provided us with a warm welcome came to guide us through the purchasing journey. I didn’t think buying a sofa could be enjoyable.. how wrong I was, Waliur showed us through all the options available and allowed us the time to decide on what we liked the most. SCS made the sofa, Waliur made the experience. Continuing with the top shelf customer service Enrique finished of the process efficiently
