The Silverlink store was immaculately clean, tidy and easy to navigate.
My assistant Stevie could not have been more friendly or informative and guided me through the purchase method with ease, ensuring I understood everything before I completed. Its the first time I've used this firm however, I will not shop anywhere else from now on. Your in a safe set of hands with this company.

Lovely helpful staff once you were in the store, didn’t like the fact the minute you walked in the door someone came and asked if you wanted any help. I would have preferred to look around and ask for help when I needed it . Would definitely recommend this store to all my friends.

This has been going on for far to long. My next review complaint will be to the Trading Standards , then the national news papers. Your staff at the store are lovely and very professional, I can't say the same about the standard of you workmanship. The repair was not upto standard and the report from Emmiera was Upholstery Manufacturing Fault.

The timing for the delivery was spot on and the two lads were great very friendly and helpful fitted the chairs up and tested them out and removed the rubbish with them two nice lads.

When i went into the shower room at the Silverlink, the staff were so helpful with the design , the colour and the price of my Sofa.
I was originally told it wouldn't be ready till mid August but was pleasantly surprised when I received an email saying that it was coming a month early.
Day of delivery, two young lads absolutely brilliant. Text message with time of delivery, bang on time, respectful of property, set it up and disposed of all the packaging.
