Received sofas on 14th May, 5 days in and looked old! Technician came out and said there was a manufacturing fault and therefore they agreed to a refund and arranged a collection date for today. I have heard nothing! Can't get through on any phone line and not responding to emails. Don't buy from this company!

This is our first purchase from SCS. They gave us our delivery date and it was 1 day out. Not bad at all . The delivery guys were great.Staff at the store were great and the furniture is fantastic

2 areas of incompetence:
1. Was told free delivery when we entered the shop. An hour later settled on a discounted unit, only to be told over £100 delivery item on this! So abandoned this and found another sofa with free delivery.
2. About 10 days after buying a sofa, was contacted to say that I had not signed a credit agreement and that I needed to come into the store. I then found out that this meant that they had not even placed the order with the manufacturer, despite paying a deposit at the time! So, even more time added to the approx 2 month delivery wait. I said I was not in the area for a while and for them to either post or email the form for me to sign but after looking into this option it seemed they could not do it. Then, out of the blue received an email saying that I had signed the necessary forms when I was here and their excuse was 'The system showed as Referral but has now been accepted and is complete' No apology let alone any gesture toward the added time to delivery or inconvenience.

Great sales untill you have a problem!
Sofa arrived broken given the benefit of the doubt and had rectified 4 times now...no compensation for loosing wages for having to take days off..now trying to return ! Wait for an email that never arrives..very poor aftershaves would avoid!

The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly, in particular the sales clerk Oliver made me and my wife feel very relaxed, we didn’t feel pressured in anyway and also had a decent bit of banter with Oliver which made the experience all the more better. Even though they were shorted staffed I felt they gave an excellent and I would say a very honest service and I would 100% go again if not just for the banter 👍👍.

I cannot thank the both of them enough for the work they have put in to deliver a two seater sofa and a three seater sofa bed, which they carried up six flights of stairs to my 6th Floor flat due to being too big for the lift. They did not complain at all even though the weather outside reached 21°.
I have had a nightmare with ScS with my delivery having been cancelled five times so today, thanks to Catalan & Mihai, I am very happy.

Great service from start to finish. Really helpful and informative in shop and delivery team were on team, engaged and professional.

5th delivery date 12th May, was promised confirmation email, no surprise I haven't received it! Is this another fake date or will it actually arrive. So fed up of waiting and being given fake dates to placate me on the phone.

Delivered on time ,didn't take long to put together, polite and respectful, very good service

After having our sofa and footstool for 3 years, the frame has broken on both. Neither have had excessive weight or been misused. After fighting for the 10 year warranty on frames (which they advertise) and finally SCS agreeing to an assessor to come out, we are left with no contact and 2 broken pieces of furniture. We paid £75 for the assessor who has come and opened up the bottom of the sofa and left it torn open as he said someone would be out to repair it. 3 months later we can not get hold of anyone on the phone, no one has called back after selecting that option. No one has replied using their email or online contact form. So much for a 10 year warranty, the frames haven't lasted half of that time and now it appears we have paid more money for absolutely nothing. Thank you SCS!

Selecting a new sofa and chairs was an easy experience, there was no pressure to buy anything and plenty of help was given when asked for.

As delivery time approached we had a telephone call advising that delivery would be 40 mins to 1hour late due to traffic congestion. 40 minutes later they arrived. They were very pleasant and efficient. Furniture delivered. Job well done. Thank you.

Shop floor staff - Exellent, very helpful
Product - Excellent, very pleased with quality, price could be cheaper (but that's just me being tight!)
Delivery - Excellent, very efficient and polite.
Head office/Customer Service - Very disappointing, tried to contact them on FOUR seperate occasions, call-backs left but no response received, eventually went in to store where the manager resolved enquiry.

We drove from Aylesbury to Gloucester to SCS. There were some fantastic deals on ex display lounge furniture. We secured a deal at less than 50% of the retail price and the furniture was delivered to us the very next day. Lovely helpful staff- great choice- well worth the trip. Over the moon with our purchase. 100% recommended. Thank you SCS.

David & Scott are absolutely brilliant delivery guys from the moment they pulled outside my house they
were professional happy go lucky chaps nothing was to much trouble they were fast and efficient if only all delivery people were this good they are a credit to your company 👍
