They arrived on time

I recently visited the Dartford store, the team were very helpful without being too pushy. Jamie helped me find the sofa I was looking for and was very patient while I decided on colours/ materials. It was a positive shopping experience and now I can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive.

Staff were very courteous and informative. A very straightforward purchase of 2 settees. Delivery explained fully. A nice experience.

A really nice man served us. We bought a sofa a year and an half ago, and came back to look again for another sofa. The man helped us to arrange the sofas together so we could imagine what it would they would be like together. Wonderful service and experts advice. Wish I’d gotten his name!

Good experienced sales staff. Giving us time to make decisions without being too pushy. I Was able to delay delivery without problem, and given several options for a new delivery date. Delivery guys were excellent. No mess all boxes and wrapping taken away, sofas put together quickly. I was given a time of arrival and a phone call 20 mins before arrival . Could not ask for a better service.

Delivery staff very good. Kept me informed of timings and put my sofas in place and showed me how to operate the recliners.
I wanted to add that the staff in your shop at Dartford are really helpful and professional. They go out of their way to assist you with any queries etc.

The furniture arrived on time and the 3 men put it altogether. Once it had been together myself and one of the guys looked over it to find 2 faults in the material and a recliner that would not close on its own as was stuck. The guy was quick to take photos and send a report off for these faults to be attended to. I could not thank him enough for his speedy actions and are waiting for an email to find out what happens next.

Polite delivery drivers .overall very happy with my furniture .and the delivery .drivers kept me informed on how long they would be .and where on time when they said .

Great sales, great delivery, very professional.

Drivers put the sofa bed in the room did not ask where we wanted it, the gliders came off when we tried to move it to the right location , on inspection one of the legs are bent and the poltronsofe label
Is poorly attached
Drivers called 06.15 to tell us there were in their way, seemed very rushed I have put a notification on the website and left pictures, no response

The customer service struck me the most very friendly and informative, with important guidance In purchasing my sofa...

The delivery and installation team did an excellent job. They were professional, careful, and handled everything with great care. My sofa was extremely heavy, but they carried it all the way from the ground floor to the second floor without any issues. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was positioned perfectly before they left. I’m really impressed with their hard work and would definitely recommend them. Thank you for the excellent service!

sofa arrived exactly on delivery date and time slot.
Although 6.50am a little early in the day.
Men very polite and efficient, worked quickly to assemble furniture and took away all packaging.
Leaving us to relax on our new sofa's.

Staff were very pleasant, one improvement could be that there tablets were rather slow in accepting our details, therefore we had to spend longer in the store than had preferred.

Very good delivery team knew exactly what they were doing all in all the whole delivery went exceptionally well also a very nice bunch of guys assembled 2 sofas they arrived at 07.55 and were gone by 08.23 great service

The crew that delivered our furniture were so good, very polite, no mess. and very professional
